Welcome to our newly renovated family condo in Club Ocean Villas II on 120th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This affordable first floor end unit has all of the conveniences of home. Enjoy over 800 sq. ft. of living space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, in-house dryer/washer, private patio, 2 parking spaces, 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), sauna, and tennis courts. Our beautiful condo is conveniently located bay side, one block from the sand and surf with easy access to shopping and dining. ***Note: No linens are provided.***

cozy spot

e were a group of 3 traveling from Massachusetts. The spot was cozy and private. Very spacious inside with a nice outside patio. Check in was easy. It is close to area stores. i would definately stay again.

A good place to stay but ask all your questions

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Know that the fine print and details on this listing are critical points to review. Further, you must make sure you contact the property manager prior to booking so you know the ins and outs of this property. Linens are not included. Towels are not included. The listing states there is a BBQ grill and it is shown in the pictures but when you ask if it is propane or gas, you will be told you cannot use it due to the HOA. If you contact the HOA, you will be told there is no such restriction and then be left to wonder whether you were given that information simply because the grill was not cleaned prior to your visit. The floor is swept but not mopped so if you walk around barefoot then your feet will be covered in dirt within minutes. There are ample dishes, pillows, and sleeping and seating space. The air conditioner works but takes a while to get going; it will be hot for the first day but fine after that. The internet is shaky and using it on the televisions was quite tricky. Soap, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and toilet paper are included and that is nice. I would stay here again as I know everything I need to know about the property. This review may not afford me that opportunity but I feel everyone should know what I know and make a fully informed decision. My first inclination was to have the overall rating be a 3 but a 4 is fair.

Club Ocean Villas II

This was a great condo unit. Unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned that well before we arrived (sand on floor, hair in bathrooms, some crumbs on countertops), but overall it worked out very well for us that week. The living room TV remote would not allow us to change any channels so we were stuck on one all week. I communicated with the owner but we never got it resolved. The other 2 TVs were fine. The living room pull out couch bed is very uncomfortable and I suggest a new mattress be purchased for it. Other beds were ok. Great location as we have vacationed here in different units for many many years. Thank you.

Nice Family Getaway

Description of property was accurate, easy check in. The location is good especially if you want to be away from the boardwalk crowds. It’s easy enough to drive there & park. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance including a grocery store. The beach was only 2 blocks away so that was perfect! The only negative was the pool closing early. It was still hot & sunny outside but the outdoor pool was closed between 6:45-7pm every night. The indoor pool was open until 9 but it’s just not the same! Also, be aware that this is a first floor unit so there might be noisy neighbors above you like we had! Overall though it was a lovely rental,clean, nicely decorated, kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and all the basics. Just don’t forget sheets & plenty of towels from home! Thanks to the owners for providing us a nice family getaway!

Convenient location , well kept property.

An enjoyable stay at Club Ocean Villas 2 condo conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks from a good sandy beach.The first floor unit had ample space for the four of us although would be tight for the 6 maximum.Good outdoor pool although they could do with some sunshades and maybe a few more tables to supplement the adequatel amount of loungers. Plenty of restaurants around and generally quiet end of OC.

Wonderful Vacation!

This condo was beautiful and the host communicated promptly. The only problem was that there were 4 families staying above us, which we could here running and screaming from the children all day and night. There is nothing anyone could have done or anticipated for this.

Great experience

We had never booked through this app. It was super easy and highly recommended! The location we chose was perfect! Shopping center with sooo much to offer within walking distance. The beach was also within walking distance. I can't say about the bay as we did not go there this vacation. However again this property and location was perfect and we definitely would not mind staying here again! It was clean.. and bigger than we expected! The owner had all keys and parking passes and pool keys out in the open and it made everything much smoother!

Quiet location not far from beach and restaurants

Enjoyed our stay here on Ocean City. Easy check in and accessibility to the beach and other on site amenities. Would recommend to a friend.
