C'est tout sur la vue! Condo Oceanfront remodelé au Pono Kai à Kapaa

Profitez du confort de notre condominium rénové avec une chambre, une salle de bain. Imaginez-vous être 75 étapes d'une longue plage de sable doré mile sur la rive est de Kauai. De votre véranda privée avec vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique, vous pouvez regarder les levers de soleil incroyables et écouter les sons apaisants de l'océan.
Notre copropriété est une unité de coin non-fumeurs au 2ème étage qui a été entièrement rénové. Des armoires en merisier et des comptoirs en granit sur mesure ont été installés dans notre cuisine entièrement équipée. Les carreaux de porcelaine agrémentent l'entrée, la salle de bain et la cuisine. La salle de bain dispose d'une grande douche à l'italienne carrelée.

Le condo est livré avec toutes les commodités énumérées ci-dessus. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent une connexion Internet WiFi sécurisée et gratuite, une TV HD avec des jouets de plage, des chaises, des glacières, des parasols, des planches de bodyboard et des raquettes de tennis à votre disposition pendant votre séjour dans notre copropriété.

Le Pono Kai Resort est un établissement non-fumeurs. Le complexe dispose d'une réception ouverte 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. Il y a un parking gratuit sur place. Chaque bâtiment dispose d'une laverie automatique et d'un ascenseur. Les jardins sont magnifiquement entretenus avec de vastes zones d'herbe, un jardin d'herbes aromatiques, vous pouvez donc choisir des herbes fraîches pour vos repas et un étang Koi. Pour votre confort, un bureau d'activités est à votre disposition pour organiser vos aventures sur l'île. Une salle d'entraînement a également été ajoutée. Il y a un sentier côtier polyvalent de 5 miles à quelques pas de notre condo. Il y a une piscine / spa et 2 courts de tennis et de nombreuses autres activités sur la propriété.

Everything about the condo exceeded expectations! Shirley and her on-island associate, Cristine, were most accomodating and made every aspect of my holiday top shelf! My favorite part is that the lanai faces due east and it was the most perfect way to start the day with a cup of coffee and the sunrise. The only problem with this holiday and my stay is that it wasn't long enough!!! In all my 64 years, Kauai has been my favorite holiday and I'll definitely be returning (and to the same accomodations) next year! aloha

This property was amazing! The view was a 10/10! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The hosts communicated very well leaving you not wondering about anything. Sad my time had to end here! If I should come back to Kaui I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Pono Kai Resort! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay! Shirley and Tony are great hosts! It was our first time in Kauai and it was so helpful that Shirley gave us restaurant/activity ideas, plus a ton of island information. We highly recommend booking with these hosts! Also, thank you for the box of chocolates!

Wonderful getaway!

Great location

Clean condo that is perfect for two people. Great view of the beach. This condo has everything you would need to make your stay feel like home... kitchen cookware, spices, and beach essentials. The room is on the second floor so we did hear the people on the third floor moving around. Good location to drive to the north or south parts of Kauai.

Charming condo

This condo is absolutely lovely from the Hawaiian decoration to the view. The hosts haven’t forgotten a thing and is completely outfitted with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and fun vacation.

Fantastic property

My husband and I traveled to Kauai to celebrate his birthday and our wedding anniversary. Shirley's condo was perfect! From the location on the island, the oceanfront view to the condo itself! We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return for another visit!

Appreciation

Shirley made sure that we have a good vacation before and during the trip by asking our needs and provide specific instructions about check in and check out. The condo is clean and the view from lanai is beautiful. The location is perfect for commuting North Shore and South shore, close to restaurants, markets and special the bike/walking path right at the beach.

Comfortable stay, beautiful view!

We felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, there were beach chairs and plenty of towels, and it was very clean. As soon as we booked and throughout our stay, we had excellent communications with Shirley. The view was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place!

A home away from home!

The condo was equipped with everything required for our stay on Kauai. From the kitchen utensils to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There was nothing we needed to buy. The location created a beautiful view from the lanai. The owners were fabulous hosts, so kind and caring. We would definitely stay there again.

We live in Marin County which is just north of San Francisco. My husband and I are semi-retired. We have 2 grown children and have been blessed with 2 grandsons.
We come to Kauai twice a year to relax and do maintenance on the condo.


Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The first time we came to Kauai was in 1971. We toured 4 of the islands and fell in love with the 'Garden Isle'.

We had friends who owned a condo at the Pono Kai Resort. We started renting their unit and spending many of our family vacations on Kauai.

We always hoped one day to buy a little piece of paradise. In 2001, our wish came true.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Pono Kai is centrally located on the east side of the island. This location is great for people who want to explore the island. The resort is conveniently located in the historical town of Kapaa. The condo is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The beach and a 5 mile multi-use coastal path is right out front of our condo.
