Bienvenue à la plage! Cette unité de bloc océan est à seulement 50 pas d'une traversée de dunes privée à la plage. Complet avec stationnement couvert (pour deux voitures), terrasse de 20 'X 5' et douche extérieure pour pieds de sable. Pas besoin d'emporter vos chaises de plage! Le placard de rangement contient un chariot de plage, un parapluie, des chaises (4), des planches de bodyboard (2) et de nouveaux jouets de plage pour le plaisir à terre. Immaculée unité élargie peut accueillir six personnes et offre un lit king size avec deux canapés pliants queen size. Profitez de la commodité de deux salles de bain complÚtes et à distance de marche de la Crabcake Factory, Food Lion, CVS, Starbucks, des dépanneurs, des films, des magasins, des restaurants et de Northside Park. Ce joyau de bloc de plage est parfait pour les familles, les petits enfants, les couples et les personnes ùgées à quelques pas de la plage. Air central, laveuse / sécheuse, Kuerig, WiFi, TV Internet, améliorations de la maison intelligente et nouveaux appareils inclus pour votre commodité. Ceci est un joyau de bloc de plage immaculé!

Great Spot in OC

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would definitely rent here again.

We loved staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting for a family trip and it was amazing! She let us check in an hour early and when we entered it was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! I love how close it is to the beach! But if you are coming for July 4th, be aware it can get noisy from teens and such.

Family trip

Perfect distance from the beach! Cathy was wonderful to communicate with and the check in process was so so easy. Spacious living room was perfect for hanging out and entertaining a toddler.

The location to the beach alone is worth it! Walkinh distance to a decent breakfast spot, and dinner if you're not looking to drive. Easy check in and out. No worries at all. Maybe this will be our annual vacation spot?!?!

Right by the beach

Great location! When you have young children, being next to the beach is very helpful! We also loved the kitchen and the washer/dryer.

Peaceful place with a minute walking distance to the beach. We loved not having to worry about umbrellas and chairs (they were provided). I was the happiest with the washer and dryer when we needed to wash our towels and swim trunks. Our host was wonderful when we encountered a small issue initially. Promptly responded and we were able to resolve everything. We all loved our stay.

Beach fun

We loved our stay, it wasn’t too big but not too small. The kids loved getting to sleep on a pull out couch it was a highlight! The beach was just a short walk away which we loved and appreciated .

Wonderful stay just off the beach

This is an amazing property! Cathy and her family have a great spot and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach in a quiet part of OC. Everything was great, from the huge TV, to the beach stuff and more. We loved it!

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a stay again. It’s at a great quiet location, steps to the sand and also has many amenities. The parking is under the units and a little tight for a large SUV, but maneuverable with finesse lol!

PERFECT SPOT!

Through the years we have traveled to OC from Western MD for weekend getaways with family and always dreamed of owning a place near the ocean. Eric and I have been married nearly 25 years and have two teenagers, one in college and one ready to go. We're beyond blessed to own this beautiful, clean, and spacious unit just steps to the relaxation and peace the waves always bring to us. My dream has always been to own a small condo near the ocean where we can escape and share this dream with others. We seek to provide you an affordable getaway that's convenient to restaurants, shopping, miniature-golf and memories of a lifetime. I've enjoyed long weekend beach trips with my sister and daughter over the past several summers and we offer what we always looked for when we were searching: cleanliness, space for 6, and location on a beach block. Dragging a heavy beach cart across Coastal Highway, waiting for the light in the hot sun, and running off the beach when a storm was coming were NOT the highlights of our getaways! This property offers a private walkway to the beach from the covered parking area and is perfect for travelers like us that love a short walk, especially at nighttime, to hear the ocean and view the stars.
