Ce magnifique condo nouvellement disponible vous propose un hébergement avec vue sur le lac, entiÚrement rénové et meublé à deux pas de deux piscines extérieures chauffées, des courts de tennis. Clubhouse et autres commodités. En outre, seulement quelques minutes en voiture de belles plages.

Notre condo est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble de deux étages situé dans l'une des communautés les plus populaires de Bradenton. Le condo dispose de 1250 pieds carrés, dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Passez une bonne nuit de sommeil dans un lit king-size dans la chambre principale. Cette chambre dispose également d'un tiroir commode, de tables de nuit, d'un dressing et de sa propre salle de bain principale avec douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'amis comprend deux lits jumeaux, un tiroir commode, une table de nuit, un placard et une salle de bain complÚte avec douche baignoire située à cÎté de la chambre.

Le logement comprend une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec de nouveaux appareils pour vous aider Ă  prĂ©parer le repas parfait. Buanderie complĂšte avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Le condo comprend Ă©galement une salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour savourer votre repas ou vous dĂ©tendre avec des amis. Le salon dispose de confortables canapĂ©s jumeaux et est l’endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e Ă  la plage ou Ă  la piscine. Vous voulez regarder votre Ă©mission ou votre film prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©, ne vous inquiĂ©tez pas, il y a un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon.

Le balcon est l'endroit idéal pour lire votre livre préféré, tout en écoutant le doux bruit de l'eau provenant de la fontaine du lac. Vous avez également le plein WIFI si vous devez rattraper vos e-mails.

Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home. The communication—before our trip, at check-in, through the handwritten note, and even the follow-up after my check-out email—was very much appreciated and made everything worry-free. The place was extremely clean, and the new furniture in the family room added right before our stay made it even more comfortable. The on-site amenities (tennis, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc.) gave us plenty to do when we weren’t out sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Loved this condo and it's close proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping and IMG ACADEMY. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and it was the perfect location. Condo was very clean, all the amenities were great and unit was very well stocked...even down to the spices and salt and pepper. Host was super easy to contact and helpful. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. This condo is exactly as described and pictured. Full equipment kitchen and was pleased to find some beach chairs, umbrella and pickleball equipment in the closet. Quiet location with nice pool and tennis courts. One mile from IMG and minutes from many places to eat, stores to shop and things to do. Around 15 minutes from Holmes Beach/Anna Maria Island, depending on traffic. Highly recommend!

Unit well furnished and stocked. Owners very accommodating with early check in and later check out. On the downside pocket door very difficult to open and close. Pillows need washing or replacing.

This unit is spacious and wonderfully located near the pools, tennis/ pickleball courts, playground and clubhouse. This unit is well stocked for just about anything you might need. The unit is located on the second floor with no elevator, just in case that might be a concern for others. The property owners are very responsive in communications and take great strides in ensuring your stay is welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay at Roberts home went smoothly! The home itself was extremely clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were more than spacious. This home also had the basics needed to enjoy a day at the beach, including an umbrella! Robert checked in throughout the stay via email to make sure we had everything that we needed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area. Close enough to Sarasota, St.Pete, Anna Maria Island, and other surrounding beach areas. Great Location - April 2023

Many thanks to Robert and Margaret for all of their assistance from our initial inquiry thru to ensuring we accessed the unit and their checks to see if all was going well during our stay. Central location with an easy walk to Publics and Aldi for groceries and several restaurants...the Frog is a great place for German food. Only 15 - 20 minutes from the beach. Robert and Margaret’s gorgeous condo made our family vacation perfect: - The arrival was simple and seamless. The condo was tidy and well-furnished with delicate interiors inspired by traditional island vibes. The instructions and guidelines were helpful throughout our entire stay. - The condo has everything you could wish for. No, really – everything: 5 beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and other amenities, tennis and pickle ball racquets set. The technical appliances functioned well throughout the stay. - Robert and Margaret are outstanding hosts. We had a small issue with the microwave. Robert and Margaret were able to resolve the issue in less than 5 hours by replacing the malfunctioning microwave with a brand new one. Their condo is the epitome of “Home away from Home” We look forward to renting this condo again soon!

We fell in love with this Condo in March 2019, so much we wanted to share it with our guests, we are making this perfect home even better, and chose it as it is so close to the Tennis Courts, Swimming pool with great views of the lake.
It is a perfect place to relax and get that well deserved break.
