LE COSY COTTAGE LAKE HAMILTON

Une nouvelle inscription sur le lac Hamilton. Ce chalet est une maison avec 1 chambre et 2 salles de bain, avec une nouvelle cuisine, une véranda en prime, un grand porche couvert, une cuisine extérieure et un quai couvert avec ascenseur. Cette disposition unique au sol de la propriété transforme le salon en une chambre semi-privée pour la nuit supplémentaire. Situé dans un quartier calme et juste au bord de l'eau. Nous sommes à environ 15 min. au centre-ville et à proximité de Oaklawn Park .. À seulement quelques minutes du lac Ouachita et du parc d'État du lac Ouachita. Cette maison loin de la maison est parfaite pour les couples jusqu'à 4 personnes, les petits groupes d'évasion, les cavaliers Harley et les personnes qui aiment nager et pêcher. Enregistrez des poissons pêchés juste à côté de l'anse! Venez visiter, restez un certain temps, vous adorerez la sensation de maison loin de la maison du Cozy Cottage.

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The view of the lake was so nice, the kayaks were worth the rent especially with the nice weather and water was so pretty. Everything was clean inside and out. Carol was quick and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and had everything thing we needed for a wonderful stay! We flew into Hot Springs Memorial Airport and the weather prevented us from departing on our scheduled time and caused us to stay an extra day! Carol was very prompt and helpful in making this happen!

This was an adorable little cottage right on the lake with a spectacular little sun sunroom. We stayed over New Year’s, so did not get to experience the water. However, I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was great. The only thing I would recommend is a motion light on the step down to the bedroom. Otherwise, it was perfect!

If you are looking to get away from the noise, this is the perfect spot. I didn't know Arkansas was so beautiful. We met the staff and a local man at Yum Yum and they were very welcoming. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Ohh and use that tub after a day of hiking or walking around Hot springs, its heavenly!

Cozy Cottage Perfection

Cozy Cottage was even better than anticipated. The kitchen had every appliance you could wish. The sunroom was our favorite hangout. So peaceful! Check in was a breeze.

The house is perfect for us. Cozy just like the name and the hosts are so accommodating. The waterfront is beautiful and relaxing. Love hearing the birds in the morning. It’s also a great location, far enough to enjoy the scenery and close enough to everything you might need in town. We love it.

2nd time I have spent my birthday here and I’ll be back for all my birthdays in the future. Love the location, right on the water but without the noise of the big boats, perfect for taking out my SUP. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water. Perfectly stocked bathrooms (with big tub), kitchen, comfy furniture, smart TV, easy keyless entry…Not far from Bathhouse row in Hot Springs and it’s a pretty drive there. Can’t wait to return.
I spend a lot of time sitting out here.

The property was perfect! Wonderful location to get away from it all but close enough to town to enjoy Hot Springs. Beautiful setting, clean and well appointed home. Will visit again!

The Cozy Cabin is a great place to relax. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like being at home away from home. Carol was very friendly and was very helpful with all our needs and making us aware of activities in the area. We had a great time being able to just stay around the cabin and fish. We were alble to use the paddle boat to enjoy the beautiful views around the cove. We will definitely be returning.

Cozy Cottage

We were there for a work trip and after along day this was an amazing place to come back to and relax! The view was spectacular and the accommodations were amazing. Carol was an amazing host and very helpful Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!
