Clean, comfortable home in a great location! Ocean views are beautiful, home was as described and a great launch point for exploring the Outer Banks! Watched dolphins from the deck and just enjoyed the quiet of the off season. Great stay!!

Fantastic location and awesome view of ocean from deck. Hot tub between house and ocean relaxing, great jets, easy to access and had sand wash right next to it. Spacious living space and kitchen on top floor with big dining table. Standard fridge and additional smaller fridge which was great for beverages. Owner may check-in easy. Photos and description accurately portray the place.

Perfect Location

The house was in a perfect location in OBX! Kevin was so responsive to any questions I had. The hot tub was well maintained and checked on while we were there. Easy access to the beach which made it great for evening walks. The Avalon Pier was in walking distance and a fun place to hang out.

Fantastic Outer Banks Vacation Spot

This house is in an amazing location with direct access to the beach, very comfortable, very clean. Communication with the owner was fantastic. No surprises, everything was as described. Our family loved the instant access to the beach, the hot tub right out the back door. Shopping was within walking distance. We will be coming back

Amazing beachfront stay

What a wonderful property in an amazing location! We spent mornings sipping coffee on the deck while watching a pod of dolphins go by. Kids played so many board games they had at the house and even finished a puzzle. We took numerous beach walks and spent days hanging in the sand watching the kids skim board at the waters edge. It was great to be able to pop back up to the house for lunch and evening cocktails on the deck as kids soaked in the hot tub below. One night we walked the beach down to a restaurant for dinner, it was so nice to have everything so close. Owner was very responsive to my inquiries before the trip and the house was ready to go when we arrived so we didn’t need to reach out further. My husband was excited to find the TV had access to the playoff Celtics game. A perfect trip and we can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing hosts and a fantastic home!

We had a wonderful stay at Aloha Beaches! The house was perfect for our family: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were fantastic and responded promptly to all our messages, making the experience seamless from start to finish.We especially loved the hot tub, it was such a fun and relaxing bonus! The kids (and adults!) also enjoyed the great selection of board games and books. Another huge plus was the location as it’s right next to Target and just across the street from Wawa, which made everything super convenient.The house was also stocked with beach toys and other fun extras that were a big hit with the whole family. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and family friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Our Anniversary Trip

We loved this cozy home and surroundings and can’t wait for our next visit. The sunrises were gorgeous and the walks on the beach good for the soul. The home furnishings were everything you needed and more. We arrived with snow and left with sunshine and it was perfect!

We are oceanfront with direct ocean view from the home. You have your own private walkway to the beach. The property has great ocean views and is more spacious than many 3 bedrooms offered for rent. We are within a very short walking distance to Target/Starbucks.

Top floor has open floor plan concept with no partition walls except for the half bathroom. Great ocean views from both levels. Sit in the hot tub and listen to the waves breaking. Short walk to Jolly Roger, Awful Arthur's, Movie Theater, Supermarket, Subway, Little Caesars, as well as many others.
