Ce condo Sayan Beach unique et récemment conçu est tout simplement spectaculaire. Une suite spacieuse avec 2 chambres et 2200 pieds carrés de luxe moderne. Il propose: une cuisine élégante et haut de gamme et un coin repas; chambre principale avec lit king size (salle de bain attenante); deuxiÚme chambre avec 2 lits doubles; terrasse privée ensoleillée. Vues à couper le souffle inclus! Les clients ont un accÚs complet à l'incroyable piscine à débordement sur le toit, au bain à remous, à la piscine olympique en bord de mer, au spa, au hammam, à la salle de massage et à la salle de sport entiÚrement équipée.

Sayan Beach est l’un des meilleurs et des plus prestigieux endroits de Puerto Vallarta. Great location and great staff.

Wonderful and we used the rooftop infinity pool with spectacular views and restaurant. Food and drink were excellent.

This is our second time renting this condo, All in all the condo and facility was wonderful - the view, the roof top pool, and the food service are the best. I wasn't thrilled with the facilitie's new beach towel policy. Also, when ordering Uber, the vehicles go to the first Sayan building. have flag them. Not sure if the GPS for the address needs updating. These minor ssues have nothing to do with the owner and management of the unit, which was great.

The building has plenty to offer for a relaxing day, good food in the restaurants and drinks at the pool, all reasonably priced and convenient.Removed from the hustle and noise of the center of zona romantica, but a close enough walk when you want to be thereAnd this condo was wonderfully equipped and comfortable

Sayan Beach stay

Great spot for a vacation, went with family (2 adults, 1 toddler), owner and property manager were great and easy to communicate with! Provided a pack n play which was greatly appreciated! Saw whales every day from the balcony and from the rooftop pool. Easy walk to town. Quiet little beaches steps away or close quick walk to playa los muertos. Highly recommend!

Property is as described. This building is fantastic! We have stayed in 3 different units now. Every one has been perfect for us. Two big bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, space to spread out and postcard views everyday!

The property was safe and lovely, the staff extremely attentive, and the food/beverages/service was fantastic, or as our son exclaimed, “off the charts!” The only negative, while very minor, was the closure and refurbishment of the main pool and restaurant area. That said, the roof top pool and bar/restaurant certainly did not disappoint! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Kevin and Coco!

#1 place to stay in PV

I have been coming to PV for 20 years and this is hands down my favourite place I’ve stayed. The location can’t be beat, walkable to zona romantico along the beach but just far enough away that it is quiet. Many great beaches nearby, a small picturesque one just below Sayan and the concha’s Chinas beaches which we love a short walk away. Sayan has resort like amenities without feeling like a resort. We have 3 kids under 5 and we spent a lot of time at the amazing infinity pools overlooking the ocean, and ate at the onsite restaurant a ton due to convenience but also because the food is really good! They also make an excellent spicy marg that we enjoyed poolside on the daily :) Kevin’s unit was perfect for the 5 of us. The unit is super spacious and the patio large with lots of seating to eat and watch the incredible sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We preferred being just above the pools with little kids as we could communicate from the patio. 10/10 from happy parents and kids. Already planning our return

Family Trip

Had a great trip to Sayan Beach. Check in was easy and Coco did a wonderful job addressing anything we needed. The staff and Rigo (concierge) was great. We will definitely be back
