Résidence superbement aménagée avec un immense balcon surdimensionné, 2 suites avec de superbes vues, un salon dissimulé et une cuisine ultra moderne avec tous les meilleurs équipements, donnant sur les PVs TOP des plages les moins fréquentées. Fermer, seulement un court taxi à 5 $ pour la vieille ville et ses charmes, mais loin de son bruit et de son agitation. Immeuble principalement occupé par le propriétaire, avec piscine en porte-à-faux sur l'océan. Offert exclusivement à ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité et la paix et respectueux de la nature du petit immeuble de caractÚre dans le meilleur emplacement des PV.

Excellent view just steps from the beach. The beach was very private and not overcrowded at all. Access to downtown just 5 minute drive away. Save yourself a snorkeling trip and do it here with your own gear. We saw at lease 30-40 species of fish including Knife fish, Spotted rays, and even sea turtles right off the beach.We saw fireworks nightly, best views, and we even saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. Plenty of cooking supplies.

A private, relaxing paradise right on the beach

Amazing time. We have visited PV many times and this was one of our best. Isabel and Cello were so helpful in making us feel welcome. The property is private and well equipped. Perfect break.

Wonderfully relaxing vacation

Better than ever! It’s a quiet, luxurious condo tight on the beach. This is a one of a kind place in Conchas China’s! Daniel is a great host with recommendations for dining and entertainment and he helped arrange airport pick up and grocery shopping. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you.

Fabulous stay on Conchas Chinas

If you are looking for a relaxing experience away from downtown, but close enough to venture in when you'd like, this is the spot for you. Hear the crashing waves as you watch gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The infinity pool was just perfect. An easy walk down the beach to a restaurant with outdoor seating on the water. Fernando is very responsive and helpful, and Chelito was there to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend~!

Paradise in Conchas Chinas

Fantastic location and setting the pool has had a major redo since our last visit and is stellar. The amenities are top notch. The wifi worked well. Our only issue was a Sunday checkin where the service staff were off and the managers phone was no answer and phonemail box full. The owners in the condos became very helpful to resove this. Otherwise communication with manager was good and he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo w/ gorgeous view

This condo is furnished beautifully with decor, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, & plenty of towels. You can’t beat the view from the huge deck. Walkable to town or cheap taxi ride. Small issue with shower not getting hot enough & other guests being grumpy about kids using the pool. But other than that our stay was perfect!

Perfect Spot To Relax

Such a great week!!!! The property is as advertised - clean, above the waves, endless views, fabulous pool, fully stocked. So easy to get to the busy parts of PV via Uber and so cheap, less than $5US. And just far enough away that it’s quiet and more peaceful. We ordered food several nights via Uber Eats, super easy. Fernando was great, responsive all week. And the caretaker on site, Chelito, was very kind and there if we needed anything. This property was perfect for us and what we wanted to do, which was a lot of relaxing😎 We will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful all around in every way

This property is amazing. We have been many times to Puerto Vallarta. Stayed in many locations. Decided to try Conchas Chinas and chose this beautiful property. Truly a magical experience. Loved every moment. Plan on returning in November and hopefully every few months until buying our own home in that area. You will not be sorry. Easy to get to town. Beautiful walks on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Wonderful pool and the interior of the home is breathtaking,

Waves, Whales & Sunsets

We LOVED our recent stay at Villas Las Brisas #4. This was our first stay outside of the Romantic Zone and we will definitely be back. The building is small and beautiful right above the surf. We enjoyed the secluded beaches, whale watching and sunsets from the balcony and the lack of usual city noise. There are only 9 units total with 2 per floor, large balconies, well decorated condos and a new infinity pool. This unit has an additional patio area that the others don’t. The condo has everything you need plus there is an OXXO and pharmacy just up the street for any last minute items. The restaurants, bars and shops of the RZ are just a short walk (10-15 min) or taxi /“InDriver” ride (about $80 pesos). Fernando & Chelito were very attentive during our stay, checking to see if we had any needs and cleaning the unit 3x week.

Fantastic patio/view with a short walk to town.

If you want a quiet, beachfront condo with an amazing deck and only a short walk to town (beware some of it is very steep) this is a perfect option. Property manager Isabel was lovely and very welcoming - including leaving a bottle of wine. However, it was not without flaws. We never had a hot shower all week, could not get the left side of the stove to light, could not light the oven, never figured out how to use the microwave, flickering power one day (took a shower in teh dark), hall lights did not always work (had to use phone light to get through many locked doors) and were very concerned about fire safety. Every door (all patio doors included) had a key lock and there were multiple keys. Even the exterior building doors had to be unlocked from the inside to get out. I understand that some of this is just way things can go when in Mexico.

A Beautiful Getaway

" we heard about this location from a friend, and couldn't believe how lucky we were to stay here. We love the beaches in town, a half mile away, but recently they have become more crowded with restaurants and paid beach chairs encroaching on them, not to mention people trying to sell you something all the time. This beach is the opposite, you have it almost all to yourself, and the owner has provided umbrellas and chairs. The water is crystal clear and there is a great restaurant at the other end of the beach that is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. When we want to go to town we just call a cab for the very short inexpensive ride. The condo is first class and fully appointed. The building is small and quiet, and enjoys a spa like pool area which overlooks the beach. Its right smack on the beach, so from the pool there are only a few steps down. Nowhere in this nice neighborhood called Conchas Chinas are there properties like this one to rent right on the beach. We highly recommend it for people who value privacy and dislike the noise and crowds in town. It’s a perfect getaway. "

Great condo on beautiful beach

Stylish and well-designed condo has a good layout and is well stocked with most necessities. The manager was very helpful - easy to contact ahead of time, and waiting for us on arrival with keys and to help us settle in. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. The condo has a huge balcony - possibly the biggest one for the building - great for outdoor dining, napping on the lounge chair, or just watching the waves and the awesome Conchas Chinas sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Great location - very quiet and fairly private, but just a short and inexpensive cab or uber ride to the Zona Romantica (or a 15-ish minute walk with some hills & steps). The pool is clean and a nice temperature, and was never crowded - however, families with younger kids should be aware it's geared for adults. Jumping and "boisterous behavior" (ie, anything that might bother someone reading or napping) are against the rules - the residents expect it to be a quiet place. Maid service is twice a week - they are very thorough, but FYI, are in the condo for around 3 hours mid-day, so you may want to know the days in advance so you can make plans to be elsewhere. We had a wonderful time overall and would stay here again.

Outstanding piece of paradise, 11 out of 10!

We were wowed by this condo in Concha Chinas. We came with our two daughters at age 9 and 11, and both enjoyed it immensely. It is modern, clean and comes with a maid who is extremely sweet and responsive; she even did laundry for us on one of the days. Much better than staying at a resort! Felt like concierge service. Fernando is reachable via text before and during the trip and he checked in on us via text to ensure we had everything we needed; he was very helpful on local recommendations. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen to make food though we ate out most of the time. Nothing beats waking up early in the AM during sunrise to see the water, boats, birds, and whales in the distance. The sunsets were even more spectacular! It was just the right distance away in a private exclusive neighborhood to avoid crowds and yet so easy to get into Zona via a walk or short Uber ride. Oxxo is nearby for most needs (ie small groceries, snacks, drinks, water, and coffee). We loved the beautiful cobble stone paths which reminded us of Spain. The locals ("la gente") are all so helpful and kind in all of Vallarta, but especially here. The infinity pool is just as amazing as the pictures, if not more so. The beach below is very accessible and enjoyable, though we recommend walking 5 minutes north to a slighly less rocky area. Puerto Vallarta also wowed us and we can't wait to come back, and we will definitely be looking at staying here again when we return!

‘Perfección!’

best location in PV, beautiful, well appointed and spacious unit, perfect for 2 couples. enjoy the sunset every night from your (huge) balcony or from the brand new infinity pool. 7 minute walk to los muertos beach and the restaurants and shops in the zona romantica. don’t forget to explore to the south, where we spent all our time on la playita (perfect little beach) and the seaside restaurant at the lindomar hotel a couple of minutes away. oxxo convenience store located 2 minutes away. no need for a car. we have been traveling to vallarta for years, definitely our favorite spot đŸ„°

Absolutely Lovely

I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 40 years and have fallen in love with the Conchas Chinas area. I chose Villas Las Brisas because of its location. It is 1 mile south of old town on the beach, offering a beautiful, quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The condos interior is beautifully decorated. The pictures accurately represent the loveliness of the space. The view is an Awesome view of Banderas Bay. Fernando, the owner has paid close attention to many details: The pride for his property is apparent. Fernando was helpful in sending COVID testing locations for our return to the U.S. and always responded quickly to any questions. I will return to Villas Las Brisas!
