Quoi de mieux que le front de mer? Notre endroit! Nous sommes directement en face de la plage, de sorte que vous obtenez la commoditĂ© du front de mer sans les prix du front de mer. Vous ĂȘtes une promenade plus courte Ă  la plage de notre condo que vous seriez dans les grandes stations avec des prix «en bord de mer».

Venez vous dĂ©tendre et sentir le sable entre vos orteils dans la magnifique Ăźle de South Padre. C'est l'endroit idĂ©al pour s'Ă©vader. Encore mieux, est notre emplacement. Nous sommes juste en face de la plage, et il y a un accĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  quelques pas du condo. C'est comme ĂȘtre en bord de mer sans les prix! Il n'y a pas d'hĂŽtels autour de nous, la plage n'est donc pas aussi peuplĂ©e et le quartier est calme.

AprĂšs une longue journĂ©e sur la plage, vous pouvez regarder un film sur notre lecteur HDTV et Blu-Ray de 42 pouces. Nos condos sont les animaux de compagnie et les enfants. Ils sont Ă©galement parfaits pour une escapade romantique. Êtes-vous en train d'organiser un week-end ou une rĂ©union de filles? Vous pouvez louer tout un Ă©tage ou tout le bĂątiment et passer des vacances privĂ©es!

Nous sommes ravis que vous envisagiez de passer du temps avec nous Ă  San Andres Condominiums. Notre maison sur la plage est un animal de compagnie, location de vacances en famille. Always a pleasure

Perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Best part is it is located across the street from beach access and the beach is one of the quieter areas along S Padre. Also, my teens loved having a pool onsite. We had a minor snafu with the key at check-in but the management team quickly helped us out. Overall, very clean accommodations, nicely furnished, well run and maintained, and great location. Also, very dog friendly.

Beautiful condo

The area was perfect. Public beach access was so close and convenient. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Pool at complex was perfect and an awesome option on windy days. Loved our stay here, beds comfortable and pull out sleeper couch great addition .

The property was very clean, spacious, and modern. Everything is close to the beach here but there was a beach access less than a block away. The hosts were very responsive and kept me updated even before I arrived. Beautiful home and a wonderful stay!

4th of July, Anniversary, Birthday Celebrations

This was our 3rd time staying at Athena Ares and it’s the ONLY place we stay in South Padre. We love the proximity to the beach-maybe a 2 minute walk, the pool area, the furnishings in the condo, the balconies, etc. we never have one single complaint. We brought friends along this time and they loved it as well!

Perfect location and property for adults

This is a beautiful property and a wonderful place to book several rooms for a larger group stay. It was clean, quiet and well-maintained. The AC worked well! The pool and outdoor area was one of our favorite parts! And you are very close to beach access. We met the owner who was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely book this place again!

Great Condo

Excellent location, well equipped property, great communication from hosts.

We visited for a family gathering for Thanksgiving and found the apartments very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It was a shame the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy the out door space and pool, but it looked like a great place to spend time outside.

Great Condo & Great Location

We've become regulars at this property. It's part of our annual summer trip. You just can't beat the location to the beach. You just walk across the street to the public beach access and boom there's the ocean. Also, it's far enough away from the large condos and hotels that the beach is not crowded. We really enjoy the pool and overall aesthetics of this unit. It's also good to see the owners are making updates when needed such as replacing furniture and fixtures. Check-in and, especially, check-out process is so easy. In summary, as always, we were very happy with our stay and plan on coming back next year. Thank you!

Family holiday

We rented 4 units for ourselves and the families of our three daughters. The condos were well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The pool and patio area were great for getting everyone together for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Getaway!

Martin and Diane are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond, accommodating, and really care about their condos. It truly felt like home away from home. Our 7 year old even called it our “borrowed house.” There’s no better place for the price right on the beach. We sat outside every morning sipping coffee on the balcony watching and listening to the waves crash. Many restaurants are within walking distance as well. We’re already planning our summer vacation for next year. This is definitely going to be a regular stay for us.

Everything was great execpt for the smell of mildew in our condo especially my bedroom, it was overwhelming to the point of giving me a headache and barely able to sleep. I loved the property but would probably not stay there again due to the smell. We picked this property for how beautiful it is and the experience was ruined by the smell. Hopefully you can figure it out, we would love to stay there again if you can. Our group rented 4 condos for the week. Everything else was amazing.

Destination Wedding

We came to South Padre Island for a destination wedding of close friends. All parties stayed at all Athena Ares condos. The pool area was a fabulous place to host the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. The close location to the beach access made enjoying the beach convenient and easy. The beach chairs and wagon were great to help transport coolers to the beach. Thank you!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore!
