Quoi de mieux que le front de mer? Notre endroit! Nous sommes directement en face de la plage, de sorte que vous obtenez la commodité du front de mer sans les prix du front de mer. Vous êtes une promenade plus courte à la plage de notre condo que vous seriez dans les grandes stations avec des prix «en bord de mer».

Venez vous détendre et sentir le sable entre vos orteils dans la magnifique île de South Padre. C'est l'endroit idéal pour s'évader. Encore mieux, est notre emplacement. Nous sommes juste en face de la plage, et il y a un accès à la plage à quelques pas du condo. C'est comme être en bord de mer sans les prix! Il n'y a pas d'hôtels autour de nous, la plage n'est donc pas aussi peuplée et le quartier est calme.

Après une longue journée sur la plage, vous pouvez regarder un film sur notre lecteur HDTV et Blu-Ray de 42 pouces. Nos condos sont les animaux de compagnie et les enfants. Ils sont également parfaits pour une escapade romantique. Êtes-vous en train d'organiser un week-end ou une réunion de filles? Vous pouvez louer tout un étage ou tout le bâtiment et passer des vacances privées!

Nous sommes ravis que vous envisagiez de passer du temps avec nous à San Andres Condominiums. Notre maison sur la plage est un animal de compagnie, location de vacances en famille. Nous accordons 10% de réduction aux militaires, policiers et pompiers. Le voyageur effectuant la réservation doit être âgé de 25 ans ou plus. Pour la semaine de relâche / la semaine sainte, tous les clients en location doivent se conformer à une restriction réservée aux familles. Family Beach Getaway

Great location

The place was very nice and close to everything! The furniture was comfortable and having access to beach chairs and wagon was fantastic! Be sure to bring your own coffee and toiletries though.

The property is always is excellent condition. Clean, stocked with all beach needs. Dog friendly is great. Owners are great people. Have stayed here half dozen times over the years. Great place, great location.

Great place, great location

Always clean. One minute walk to the beach. Pool area is always clean, good grill, nice large screen outdoor Tv. Have rented here 5 times over last decade, the new owners have upgraded this place.

Fantastic Vacation Condo

This is our second stay and love the condo and location! Very clean, great setup, wonderful furnishings and dog friendly. We love having our pups along on the vacation and the owners are very accomodating. Great pool area, hot tub, and bbq. Easy access to the beach. Booking and instructions are super easy - made for another wonderful vacation to South Padre. Highly recommend this complex.

Perfect location on the Island

We have stayed at this property 5x in 8 years. They have been doing upgrades each year and they are greatly appreciated. Perfect location for beach walks. Wonderful heated pool and large hot tub. Love that it is dog friendly. Ample parking. Nice patios on each unit.

The process for renting, check in and check out were absolutely fantastic and easy. The location was a three minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood street was very well maintained. The two bedroom condo was also very well maintained and very clean. I will definitely keep this location on my top 5 for staying at the island with pets.

Awesome place to stay!

This condo was fantastic!! I would highly recommend staying here. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and had plenty of room. The condo was super clean, the beds were ultra comfy, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. But really the best feature was how close it was to the beach. It truly was only a 2 minute walk. Plus, the wagon, chairs, and beach towels that came with the condo made beach life so much easier and more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

B-Day Vacation

Our stay at Athena Ares was PERFECT! The condo was beyond beautiful. Amber was amazing answering all my questions and making sure we had what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was short and easy. I loved that our dogs got to enjoy a vacation with us without being cooped up in a hotel room. The pool area was amazing. We are already making plans for next year.

The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore!
