Ce condo d'une chambre mis à jour est situé dans le magnifique Florida Keys, Marathon, à mi-chemin entre Key Largo et Key West. prÚs de l'historique Crane Point, Seven Mile Bridge et Pigeon Key. TroisiÚme étage avec ascenseur, lever du soleil, coucher de soleil, canal, motomarine, vie marine et parcours de golf. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, un réfrigérateur et une cuisiniÚre en acier inoxydable, des armoires en merisier.  La chambre dispose de deux lits queen.

 télévision par cùble, canapé-lit. Draps et serviettes sont fournis. laverie à piÚces disponible prÚs de la piscine.

Marathon condo

Excellent location, nice pool with a bar and bistro on site.The condo is a little dated but clean. It does not have a dishwasher and the laundry room is on the ground floor and you must have quarters to use the washers and dryers. During our stay there were only two working dryers which did not accommodate the number of people doing laundry..Fortunately our condo had lots of plastic hangers for me to hang our wet clothes.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Modest but delightful

Marathon is a good place to stay on the Keys. We enjoyed biking and walking the 2 mile bridge and visiting Sombrero beach. Kayaking thru the Boot Key mangroves was a highlight. Local rental services were great. Easy access to Key West 1 hr away for a trip to Dry Tortugas. (do some research before you go) The condo was smallish but worked well for 2 people. Enjoyed the full-size pool and free breakfast. Nightly entertainment was a bit hit n miss. Kitchen well supplied. Furnishings were modest, bathroom on the small side. Owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great little space

Property was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for the two of us. Appreciated the little basket of supplies:) Easy access to Publix and Walgreens. Poolside and restaurant/bar were also nice. A bit of a drive to Key West if you have lots of plans in that area. We were happy to drive in a couple of days and then just explore around Marathon. Porky's has a great breakfast and Florida Steak & Lobster restaurant was a great Valentine's dinner.

Great location

Great location within Marathon and unit was just like photos. Beds were comfortable and nice big shower. Was nice to have an extra sink in the bedroom in addition to in the bathroom. Unit stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and a little cooler. I recommend walking along the marina, it was a nice stroll while looking at the nice boats, then grab a drink and food at Dockside. Good communication back when we had a question during our stay. We would stay here again.

Good location priced right

The space was slightly smaller than I expected so more than 2 people would be tight. Location was great, near grocery store and just a few minutes" drive to the beach and one hour to Key West. Other renters should know they are strict with check-in and out times - I arrived a little early but it was fine, I put a load of laundry in the wash and hung out by the pool in the meantime.

Nice and clean

This condo is perfect for a couple who is looking for more than a motel room. This condo has a nice kitchen, bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a bathroom sink in the bedroom to make it a double sink bathroom. Would definitely rent again.

Marathon condo

The condo was clean and comfortable. The management team was OK, but not great with their communications. The Tiki bar at the pool had nightly entertainment which was not my thing, and so I found it noisy even with all the windows and doors closed. When the windows were open, there was a lovely cross breeze! I was disappointed that there was no recycling. It is a real shame in this day and age to throw recyclables into the trash. Have they heard of climate change?

Great little place

Great a little place with unexpected extras. We flew in and we're planning on buying some stuff for the beach, but everything we needed was stored in the closet. They also provided some other necessities (soap, detergent, etc..). The place was clean. The rental itself was well kept, but the overall property needed some renovation, which to my understanding was planned or possibly already begun. There was live music at the pool every night we were there. There were also some games at the pool area. This was my first rental from VRBO and it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely rent this property again in the future; we are already planning out next trip.

Perfect place to stay for many reasons......

Property is centrally located in the keys so you may visit either direction to any key island. Great places to eat, swim, water sports, scuba dive, snorkel, boating and museums. It is great location for any age range. Lots to do! This place is very clean and you can text, call or stop at the office to speak to anyone with concerns; although, we had no concerns as everything was fine. Boat ramp to launch a boat if you have a boat. Boat ramps through out the different islands. Community pool for everyone to enjoy! Great place to stay! You can watch the sunrise or sunsets from your condo. Highly recommend this place to stay!
