Everything was good for the most part. First day we had to go without a shower curtain because they some how forgot. Then the day before our check out we had someone knocking at the door asking if we were checking out today and I informed them we had another day reserved and she said it must be a mistake. Luckily we were already awake. But other than that, no more complaints

Roach infestation

Roaches EVERYWHERE! Walls, floors, ceiling, mirrors and on the stove while cooking. Property was not maintained for bugs. Felt uncomfortable and unhealthy. Sorry for the negative feedback.

Disappointment.

Upon first arrival unpacking, the floor was black. The beds were comfortable and clean. The furniture was old and there was no where to store clothing. Need a dresser at least. Only two hangers in the closet. The bathroom was clean except for the floor. The grout of the tile was black with grime. Black ants in the bathroom and we discovered roaches before we left the night before. I would never stay at the Patricia grande. Pet friendly, I think not. They let workers block the entrance to the dog park and we were told to take our dog to the sidewalk0 at the road to enter the dog park. Our dog is trained to stay away from the road so it was traumatic for her to be near traffic. It was a terrible week for us since the accommodations were so poorly taken care of.

Love not having to check in.

We have stayed here numerous times over the years but never used VRBO. I normally went through the hotel proper and this year I waited a bit longer and had trouble finding what I wanted. Out of curiosity, I looked on the VRBO website and it had rooms that I did not see on the hotel website. I was very happy with the results. We had some questions and the service got back to us immediately. Definitely something you should consider.

Good Stay for Business Trip

A friend/coworker and I stayed here for a 2 day class for a business trip. The location was great as we were about 10 minutes from our place to meet, then there were plenty of options for food and entertainment right near our stay as well. About 4 minutes to top golf and Broadway at the beach, also a ton of restaurants very close by. Not to mention the beach view from the hotel was great.

Perfect location for our dog beach vacation!

This room was absolutely perfect for our stay. Like reviews state the rooms are small and nothing fancy. But they are clean and have the essentials. I would recommend no more than 2 people and a dog. Also silverware is limited (just 2 forks were provided). However, we cooked almost every meal in our room and it worked out great. There is a full sized fridge, stove, and coffee pot. There are spatulas, pots, and pans available as well. We recommend bringing beach towels and beach chairs like we did. The room towels aren’t supposed to be removed and even if you wanted to they are too small for the beach. Also chair rentals are $45 for 2 per day. There is also a small cafe on site for breakfast items and coffee. And there is an outdoor beach bar by the pool open at noon on Fridays and saturdays. Parking is included. Also beware when checking out on a Sunday the elevators are PACKED! So if you can stay until Monday your checkout will go much easier. You absolutely can not get any closer to the beach than these condos. Also the owner communication was great! There is also lawn area for dogs immediately to the right when exiting the hotel with waste bags available. Would highly recommend, and will be staying again!

Patricia Grand Vacation

Room not what I expected from photo. Very small, not anywhere to put stuff. Not enough silverware for four people. When we got ready to leave could not find a cart to get our stuff from the 11th floor to our car. Beach and pools were great. The two boys we had with us really enjoyed that. Probably will not use the Patricia Grand again.

Gorgeous view of the beach!

The suite was very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony! I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice, relaxing spot to take your vacation.

Right on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. However, it did not look exactly like the pictures showed. It was nice but not as nice as we had expected. However, we were thankful that our dog was allowed. She had a fantabulous time.
