House is very well appointed and has tons of games and activities for families. Its location is Central Lee ideal. It’s about 5 to 7 minute drive from the strip, yet you are in a residential area so it’s not quite as crazy as being right near the strip. Everything within the house as well labeled, and directions on anything are clearly printed and posted. We’ve stayed in Vegas, dozens of times, and this was one of our better experiences in a rental house. Highly recommend recommended!

Host was very responsive and helpful even if I had not read carefully the instructions about the heating for hot tub and pool. He was available right away in the evening to come over and turn the heating on! Really appreciated!

I had a great stay at this home. We didn’t even have to leave the house while we were in Vegas because it had everything we needed. The backyard was my favorite part about it.

Absolutely Recommend

This home made our family vacation absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we couldn't have asked for a more prime location, incredible amenities, and beautiful property. So thankful for the warm hospitality & quick response of our amazing host. The house itself was very inviting, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back for sure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation rental!.

Weekend in Vegas

Property matched photos and listing description. We did not encounter any issues during our stay and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend if you need a pool house in Vegas and don't want to deal with staying on the strip.

Great family property

This property worked well for our needs. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We had some connectivity issues with WiFi, as we were watching the playoff football games, but it was brief interuption. The host was incredibly communicative and available for anything. The house was a split level which made tempature regulation challenging to satisfy everyon in the family. The property was immaculate and we enjoyed our time together there.

Diamond in the desert!

My experience was great from start to finish. Literally all you need to bring is you and your clothes. The property owner has thought of everything you would want and need as if this was your home. I had to reach out to the owner a couple times with questions and he responded quickly. If you want a place filled with entertainment and relaxation this is it!

Nice house for a single family

It was a nice house for a single family no doubt very clean all nesesitis you need. Only part I didn't like is quiet time is at 10pm so if you're outside past 10 being a little loud the neighbors will call the owner and you can lose deposit although he didn't take mine he did get the phone call he was kind enough to give me a warning also property has cameras every where I was told in case somethinghappens. But owner was a nice guy and can't complain about the house.

Its the law to be quiet after 10pm. To respect other people to sleep. While you are on vacation other people need to go to work.! Yes this is a residential Neighborhood and not a hotel or a party house. And the Securty cameras are out doors only if there’s any incidents.! And it clearly states in the contract before you rent the house.! We advise you to read before you rent. Thank you .

Great spot close to strip

We picked this place as we wanted to be close yet still off the strip and we really wanted a pool as we were bringing our kids and they looove to swim. Managers were very quick to communicate when ever we reached out. My only complaint, and renters be warned……. Once we were checked in we looked at the “check in” email…….. we had to PAY EXTRA TO TURN ON THE HEATER/SPA. We were very disappointed as the pool in the pics of the VRBO add no where did it state u needed to pay extra to turn on the pool :spa heater. Then when we reached out and asked about it they said it was $100 extra a day yet the email sent to us stated $80 a day. Luckily management stated. That’s the old price but they will honor the old price and then apparently updated the “check in” email to reflect $100 a day to run the pool /spa heater.

FIRST ......YOU DID NOT receive an email the very last minute that there is a fee for Pool heating on your checkin date ......THATS TOTALLY NOT TRUE!!!!!...,AND MOST AND ALMOST ALL vacation homes have a fee for pool heating.....ALSO it does clearly states in our ad that there is a fee for pool heating if you took your Sweet time and read before renting......MANUEL WE RECOMMEND YOU TO START READING BEFORE RENTING AND SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION TO OTHER RENTERS PLEASE......THANK YOU.....

Didn't get to spend much time at the house, but it was a great place. Make sure to bring your own wash cloths. Also, would like to have more power outlets in the rooms, or some power strips so guests have free outlets next to beds for their devices.

Super Urlaub.

Wir waren bereits zum 4 x im Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Alles war top in Ordnung. Check in war ruck zuck erledigt, da wir den Code schon vom letzten Jahr kannten. Unser Gastgeber Arsen kam am nächsten Tag vorbei um uns zu begrüßen, Die Küchenausstattung war optimal. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Arsen kaufte uns noch eine größere Duschmatte, einen Brausenkopf und half uns wo er konnte.Er fuhr uns zum Flughafen, sodaß wir uns das leidige Gepäckumladen im Mietwagencenter ersparen konnten.So einen Gastgeber kann man sich nur wünschen.

Einfach super

Arsen war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war bei allen Problemen immer ansprechbar, gab uns viele Tipps, schaute nach dem Pool, gab uns Hinweise, wie wir uns in Notfällen verhalten sollten und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist einfach hervorragend eingerichtet, in Stripnähe und dennoch wohnten wir ruhig. Insgesamt note sehr gut. Dieter Wolf
