Ce condo est situé au deuxième étage et un ascenseur est disponible depuis le parking privé. Une escapade lumineuse et aérée de 2 chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il a un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine complète offre un choix de restaurants et de visites dans les nombreux restaurants de l'île. Ces villas confortables en bord de mer, situées sur une plage paisible, sont littéralement à deux pas de l'océan et constituent un très bon choix pour une location de vacances en bord de mer en Floride. Cette villa de Coral Sands comprend un salon et une salle à manger offrant une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La chambre principale fait face à l'océan et offre des levers de soleil à couper le souffle. Le pont en bord de mer est un endroit idéal pour commencer la matinée ou terminer tranquillement la journée. C'est un endroit confortable et chaleureux pour cette pause bien méritée. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade en couple.

We have stayed at this building in the past. The location is excellent! Right on the beach! Low rise building! Parking! Close to downtown (10 min away). The unit had everything we needed. It was clean. Dog friendly. What more can you ask for?

This is a 55 motel room in a great location with a nice balcony view. The mgmnt worked hard to make things right and taken care of. The AC didn’t work very fortunate disaster averted with low 70’s The bathroom fan did not work. The ice maker didn’t work and the refrigerator was rusty. Some of The furniture poor to start. Bathroom fixtures are from 15 years ago as well as most everything else in the place.

The place is tired and worn. The refrigerator was not working, so a mini fridge needed to be brought in. The Hvac doesn't cool well.Although the place was cleaned quite well, some of the living room furniture was dirty. The kitchen cupboards are stained and falling apart. There is possible mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Great Location!

This was my and my husband's second time staying at Coral Sands. We love the close proximity to (ON) the beach and that this area is never crowded. The property is central to great restaurants and close to downtown. We had a great time despite the beach renourishment project happening right in front of the condo. (My husband enjoyed watching and learning about the process while I enjoyed the beach.) Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was ok... The kitchen needs an overhaul. The bathroom vanity/sink sub-par. The round toilet very small. The Living room furniture was worn out and only a loveseat. The dining table was the elephant in the room. It sat 8 and the LR furniture sat 3. Most all the doors and metal components are rusted. We have stayed in various units and this one was by far below expectations. Sorry for the review but this unit needs a make over.

This property is older, but it was a perfect beach get away for our family. Fernandina Beach is beautiful and unique. For the location and price, I was happy with the property.

This condo is right on the water and has a great balcony.The condo itself is in need of a redo. Very outdated and in bad condition. If you just want a great view, then this is perfect. Beach revitalization in progress.

I love the view from this property--you can't get any closer to the ocean. Pretty much everyone brought their dogs and were very friendly and understanding. We hope they will let us come back.

Great view of the ocean, super close to restaurants and shops. Great communication between myself and property manager! Stayed here last summer in this condo and stayed again this summer!

Fernandina Beach

Loved the location. Condo was old and needed work. Found 2-3 cockroaches daily throughout the unit. Once again the location was great. The beds were very hard. Property manager supplied us with a memory foam topper which helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The area is good. Had stayed in another condo in this complex and it was great. This condo was out of date. Bathroom had lots of chaulk to hide issues. Walking on floor made feet black. Do like the location but wouldn't stay in this unit again
