Most of the house was dirty, floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned, turned everyone's feet black in less than 30 minutes of being there. Trash in-between couch cushions. Different kitchen appliances, outlets that didn't work. Host did try to make it right but not much could be done when you've already moved your whole party and their stuff into a house. The counter top oven in the photos is not the same as what is in the house. The one provided was much smaller and resulted in having to cook on a grill in the snow. Again owner did try to make it right but it was just too late and too much to really do in my opinion. It wasn't my worst stay but definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is excellent, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was incredible, from the security to the management company. Brianna answered all my questions and made checking in easy. We used the pool, tennis courts, and gym. The house was clean and had a great view.

the house was exactly as described, in a great location close to all. we had so much room in all of the rooms and really had a great weekend! VERY short drive to skiing & tubing, went into town to the grocery store & outlets in less than ten minutes!

Great weekend experience

Great place to host six friends for a relaxing weekend. Nice bedroom set-up that accommodates a group. Good open floor plan on main floor - allowed for a great time for food, fun, games and movies.

Excellent family vacation property!

Went with 10 family members: my kids and their teenage children, for a great family weekend. The place was clean, beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. The 5 bathrooms meant every bedroom had one to use, so everyone had their own space. The owner was easy to get in touch with and the property was exactly as it was advertised. Lots of outdoor space to use as well! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great house, comfortable and fit our needs. The host was very responsive and so easy to deal with. Very friendly. The biggest issue keeping me from giving a 5 star review is the parking situation. The policy of only 2 cars at the unit makes sense during peak season but even though there were so many vacancies closer to us, we were not allowed to park even close to our unit. Overflow parking is not remotely close enough to walk to and it was a burden to shuttle people back and forth. The ice maker not working was a very minor inconvenience but the parking impacted our stay. Overall though, we liked the house and the area and it suited our needs.

Perfect ski house!

We were a family of 12 at Camelback for a ski weekend. Second time we stayed here and love the large common space and bedrooms. Super clean upon arrival with easy check in/check out procedures. Had a problem with a heating unit and got a quick response to fix it from the property owner. Would recommend!

Great family place!

Wonderful, renovated condo with lots of space and amazing bedroom/bathrooms. Easy access to slopes (bit of far walk but we just shuttled the kids to slopeside as needed). Arthur was very responsive when we had a few questions. Would highly recommmend

Great vacation in Tannersville

The house was comfortable and ideally located, with a great perk of access to a community pool. We took advantage of the fantastic local hiking trails nearby, offering stunning views and a breath of fresh air. During our stay, we faced a minor hiccup with the air conditioning, but the owner was incredibly responsive and had it fixed in no time - exceptional service. All in all, this property was a gem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and active vacation in the Poconos!

Good for a large get together

The property is spacious with beds and baths as described, good for a large get together. It was also neat and clean. Arthur had communicated the check-in instructions timely. He also promptly arranged for certain essential kitchen items that we found were missing. To make is even better, think the property does need some small fixes, e.g., cabinet doors coming loose, door handle coming off.

There was minor things in home that needed updating , only 1 shower can run at a time there’s no oven I didn’t know that beds need to be replaced was Very Firm couldn’t really get comfortable but nice spacious place, pots and pans was rusted and old so bring your own

Family time

Home is lovely. Living room is spacious so my grandkids 4 and 2 had plenty of room to play. There were a lot more stairs than I anticipated but was no trouble for most. Had a few glitches ( none serious ). Texted Arthur and he came next day to address them and have fixed. A very pleasant person. Would recommend this home for a vacation.

Great time had by all

As a family of 8
 4 siblings and our spouses we had a nice time. One small drawback was the steps
 we hadn’t anticipated them and two of our party had difficulties
 we were all over 70 years old! A little difficult managing our luggage. We all felt it should have been mentioned so we could prepare. But all and all we had a good time and the condo was comfortable.

Not clean

Upon arriving we quickly discovered that the house was not clean. Every bed needed the sheets washed due to white pasty stains in multiple places and hair everywhere in the bed. There were live bugs ( spiders, ants) and mice droppings everywhere. We spent most of the night cleaning just so we could try to enjoy the next few days of our trip. The outside furniture cushions were full of green mold so you couldn’t actually sit on any of it.the pans in the kitchen had most of the teflon scraped off so that they were unsafe to use. Multiple smoke detectors were pulled off of wall and just laying around. The laundry room was filthy, soap spilled down front of washing machine on to floor. Just gross overall.

Ac wasn’t on and house was 90+ degrees when we checked in, called the owner but took 8 plus hours to cool down the house. Hand towels smelled like never washed in all the bathrooms, luckily stayed only night. Office close at 5 so can’t call anyone.

Less than great

Prior to our second payment I reached out to the owner to see if the remaining balance could be charged to a different card than what was used for the first payment. He said sure, however, the webpage did not allow and new card info to be added. I reached out a few more times to provide him with the new info and he never got back to me, hence the same card was charged twice. When we checked in the condo was filthy, crumbs all over the counters and floor. The rooms had been stripped of all the bedding and left on the floor by the washing machine which smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. When opening the washing machine there was black mold on the inside. When speaking with the owner he did provide a cleaning crew quickly. However, we were now forced to leave and find something to do with our family’s for the next hour. Which of course cost additional money. The homeowner stated we’d be compensated for this hiccup, but did not follow through. When we returned, the beds were made but the house did not smell fresh as it should have. We packed a lot of food since it was a house but there was no oven. Only a portable toaster which took forever to heat anything up. We did find a crockpot which helped the process along but cooked the bottoms of things super quick. Upon checkout I did reach out to the owner again to let him know we left and he never responded.
