My family and I loved the apartment, it was large, clean and in a great location! The view from the living room and balcony of the ocean was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and Muriel was quick to answer any question we had. Definitely a great find. Thanks for our stay.

We stayed here for the World Championship Ironman 70.3. So many of our friends were so disappointed with their accommodations. We had a perfect view from our balcony. The air conditioning worked great, the washer and dryer were also a huge plus. We found several places to eat in the area that we loved. When several friends came by to visit they were all jealous. The tram and busses were so close and convenient. The view is spectacular.

As a former international flight attendant who has traveled the world-Muriel’s flat was perfect! I traveled with my daughter and two grandkids (ages 4 and 6) and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, toys for the kids,a marvelous balcony overlooking the sea, equipment for the beach and a perfect location. Having the washer and dryer onsite was also a bonus!Muriel was helpful from the reservation process to meeting us upon arrival with help and info. Her apartment made our Nice vacation a perfect memory and the grandkids want to come back next week!

Perfect location. Waking up each morning and sitting on the back balcony and enjoying the view of the sea was incredible and it was so easy to get anywhere with the bus in front and the train in back. Also, a grocery store just a block away was so convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great location

Great location directly on the Promenade, across from Cocoon Beach bar/restaurant. Convenient to the tram as well. Host Muriel was great, was present at check in and was super responsive via messaging on the app.

Very nice apartment and location

This was just what we needed to relax after 2 weeks of very busy sightseeing. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Close to restaurants and patisseries. I would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for two couples. We stayed for three nights and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the area. The nearby bus and tram made it easy to visit Eze Village, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Old Town Nice, as well as travel to the airport.The bedrooms are on the smaller side, so living out of a suitcase required a bit of creativity, but it was manageable for our short stay. The two air-conditioning units worked exceptionally well and kept the apartment cool and comfortable.We appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided, which made it easy to enjoy a swim in the Mediterranean. We also had a wonderful meal at the restaurant directly across the street. The washer and dryer were an added convenience and especially useful during our travels.As noted in previous reviews, the apartment is not within walking distance of Old Town, but the excellent public transportation options made getting around simple and convenient. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.

What an amazing apartment. The location is perfect and it has a great balcony with full ocean view. The apartment is clean and large and offers everything you need to cook and clean and even do laundry. We enjoyed walking to the city center and old town. My wife sat on the balcony every morning to meditate and enjoy the view.
