Le propriétaire prend une grande fierté dans ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain détendu et mis à jour 77 étapes de la plage. Idéal pour les couples, les familles, les snowbirds, les réunions, les voyages chics, etc. Cuisine récemment mise à jour, 2 salles de bains améliorées, nouveaux carreaux, tapis et traitements de fenêtre. Nouveaux meubles, lampes, etc. Très Beachy. 50 pouces TV dans le salon, 3 DVD, 2 chaînes stéréo, Internet haute vitesse. Lit king en maître, jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Grande véranda avec vue sur le lagon magnifiquement paysagé, piscine et vue partielle sur le golfe. Le golf est un pâté de maisons, le tennis est sur place, le restaurant est à côté. Location de vélos est sur place tout comme les barbecues et shuffle board. Détendez-vous simplement et profitez de la plage et de la piscine! L'unité est non-fumeur. Petits chiens acceptables. Garage privé avec chaises longues et parasol. Ce coin de paradis a beaucoup de petits extras pour rendre votre séjour spécial! 77 étapes de la plage et à seulement 30 minutes de l'aéroport RSW. The 62 unit complex offers bike rental, hi speed internet, direct tv, 2 restaurants next door, large heated pool, beautiful landscaping, and there are over 50 restaurants and 50 shops for your enjoyment. Swimming,shelling, biking and sunning are the way of life at Sanibel Siesta on the beach! Do come back to our slice of paradise……..Only 50 minutes from RSW airport! Thanks for your nice review! So glad you enjoyed your vacation ! News flash! My condo has new living room furniture, new rugs and new bedding! The complex is right on the beach and we have a 50% return rate from our guests! Some of the amenities include temperature controlled pool, private shelling beach, golf a bock away, restaurant next door, tennis and pickleball just down the street, full kitchen, private garage, 3 night minimum, on site staff, etc. Sanibel offers 50 restaurants, over 50 shops for your enjoyment. We are on the 25 mile bike trail and offer bike rental on-site! Best news …we are only 50 minutes from RSW airport! So, do come for a relaxing vacation….Sanibel makes memories!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely Sanibel condo. Annie, the owner was so accommodating. Her place had everything one would need and was a short stroll to the beach. The garage accommodated my F150 with room to spare. Wonderful experience and would certainly return.

What a wonderful trip. The location is amazing and the hostess is so gracious. The hostess had the best communication, from restaurant ideas, and places to visit, and very quick response to any and all questions we had. Highly suggest the keyless entry system. It was very convenient.

Our host was extremely attentive to all communication. The condo was located in a good spot for access to the beautiful pool area and only a few extra steps to the beach. Condo was true to the listing. Pool was great and the condo complex is right on the beach. Anne was a great host, very easy to communicate with and provided restaurant suggestions. Great stay for a family of 4!

After a hiccup with check in, which the host made up for, this was a great stay! The property managers were as nice as could be as well. Love the location and proximity to the beach!

Outstanding experience

My daughters and I found this VRBO to be above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and decor were comfortable and stylish. The beds were comfy and having a garage to keep the car in was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Great condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. Loved the screened in porch and the proximity to the beach. Was great to have the beach items in the garage for use and the bike rentals on property! Such a beautiful island, we loved our stay!

SO glad you enjoyed your stay! I make improvements to 304 every year. THis summer new bedding, this fall new walkin guest bath shower and by Xmas new stainless steel range and refrigerator!!Remember dogs are welcome......SAnibel makes memories!! COme stay in 304 in our slice of paradise!!!
