Property was clean and very comfortable…nice and short walk to the beautiful beach and had a very nice pool. Wish you could use it after 8 pm like other pools in the area. Only issue with our unit was upon arrival we found the kitchen and microwave smelled terribly of burnt popcorn. Reported it to property manager and ended up moving microwave to covered deck to minimize the odor inside the condo. Rest of kitchen was well stocked so we worked around not having a microwave. We had a fabulous week at Runaway Bay unit and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again!!

Ease of check in and check out. Trolley pick up at entrance of condo pool sauna pickle ball court on site. Clean convenient quiet

Girls trip!

I was very, very happy with it. Only issue was the screen door was broken, but really a non-issue! Loved having the beach right there, as well as walking distance to so much!! ( could have been more toilet paper)

Our First Visit

There were several areas that needed attention. Supposedly there was no smoking allowed and no pets, yet there were ashes on the balcony table and there was pet hair on the throw pillows and the floor in the living room. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and the counter tops were sticky. The freezer was filthy.

Florida Vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay at runway bay. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The abundance of beach towels was very helpful. The full size washer and dryer allowed us to wash towels / swimsuits daily. The bonus closet in the master bedroom was great for storing cases of water and luggage. The closet on the veranda had great beach toys, a wagon and more. I added a couple floats I brought with me that I didn't want to drag home. The beach was close by and access was easy but that part of the beach is pretty busy compared to other beaches we have been to. We did like the fact that the sand bar was very close so you could go out pretty far and still be waist/chest deep. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you!
