Toute journée à la plage est une bonne journée. Mer le jour!

Notre maison est située à quelques pas de la plage ou de quelques restaurants locaux préférés. A l'étage se trouve la chambre principale avec un coin salon et un accès au balcon couvert par un chêne vivant avec foyer extérieur. La chambre d'hôtes 1 a un lit queen size, un berceau et une télévision, la chambre d'hôtes 2 a deux lits jumeaux et une télévision, la chambre d'hôtes 3 n'est pas une chambre complète, mais dispose d'un ensemble de lits superposés et d'un lit pour les jeunes. Toutes les chambres d'hôtes partagent une salle de bain avec douche combo / baignoire. En bas, une salle de bain complète avec douche seulement. Il y a suffisamment de couchage pour 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Nous avons également fourni un lit d'appoint supplémentaire pour une personne supplémentaire. Le stationnement est limité à deux voitures de taille typique ou à trois petits véhicules. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, four électrique, plaque de cuisson, grille-pain, mixeur, ustensiles et cafetière goutte à goutte et Keurig. Il y a une grande salle familiale avec une grande télévision et une table de baby-foot ouverte sur la salle à manger. Il y a un repaire séparé et un coin cuisine hors cuisine.

Can't go wrong with this house. House is very spacious and enough room for a large family. Short walk to the beach, Short walk to several great restaurants. Had a couple of minor issues and Alex with Lighthouse Rentals had the issue settled that day. Alex is a great person to deal with.All in all, just a great week.

Great family house

It was so nice to be close to family staying at the King & Prince and to have a great gathering place where we all fit for meals and hanging out!

Great Beach Home!

Extremely convenient to everything and only a block from the beach. Nice courtyard was perfect for nightly family cornhole games and porches were lovely for coffee drinking and morning yoga. We are glad that we stayed there :-)

Perfect house, perfect spot!

This is a great place to stay with a family or group! The bedrooms are spacious, and there is plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped or too far away from each other. It's walking distance to the beach, perfect for mid-day bathroom breaks and cooler refills, and is close to lots of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed this home. It was very spacious which was great when you have children. It was clean and the home was equipped with all the cooking, living, and beach necessities needed to accommodate us. We would all highly recommend this home to anyone who has kids. It was within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and park. We really loved our stay!

Perfect!

This house made my trip amazing! Absolutely perfect location! Also the the front courtyard was so great for my family to grill and enjoy the summer air! I honestly couldn’t have asked for more ! And the house is actually way bigger than the pictures even depict!

Beautiful Immaculate Home

This was our first experience in a home away from home. My husband, 3 children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay... so much in fact the children didn't want to leave. The beach and restaurant choices are in walking distance. The beautiful pier (from which you can see Jekyll Island) is just a short drive away. It was great to take a stroll among the shops for souvenirs and stop for ice cream. We would definitely stay again!

Big, beautiful home for memorable family vacation

This home is spacious and clean with plenty of room for the seven of us to eat, sleep, and bathe comfortably. It is well decorated and just a two-minute walk to the beach and the Crab Trap, our family must-eat-at-restaurant. Communicating with the owners was easy, and it was easy to access entry to the house once we arrived. Very nice washer/dryer for extended stays. The kitchen is huge as is the master suite area, a nice retreat. Would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding

Our whole family stayed here for a wedding at King and Prince. It was a perfect location and house for the weekend. Several showers and lots of warm water for us all to get ready. The house was very clean. Only thing we weren't crazy about was the hard beds but they didnt deter from the house being a great place to stay.

Lovely Home in a perfect location with great amenities!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beach and to several of our favorite restaurants. The large kitchen was wonderful & had all the pots/pans/etc we needed to prepare some meals. The family loved the air hockey table, playing the Wii, doing puzzles around the dining table, and playing guitar on the screened in porch. We'd love to come back when it's not so hot and enjoy more time in the lovely outdoor spaces. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nice. So great having the crib for our grand baby too!

The house was great for our purpose-celebrating our daughter‘s marriage at the nearby King & Prince

Fine, but there was some miscommunication with the property management about the rental and check in instructions. We had to do more than than our last experiences with using VRBO.

Spacious, yet cozy! Walking distance from the beach and awesome eateries!

What a beautiful home! It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed (kitchen facilities, laundry room, linens). There is a private porch of the master bedroom and a large private front porch. The beach is footsteps from the condo. There are a plethora of quality restaurants to choose from! For a family of 5, it can be hard to share space, but this house made it easy! They especially loved the game table. I HIGHLY recommend this home for an couples retreat or for a family vacation!

STOP LOOKING! This place is perfection

AMAZING! You have found your next vacation home, STOP LOOKING!! This house is the picture of perfection. Best house I have ever rented for any vacation. From location to amenities (on premises). We packed our personal items and the rest was there awaiting us, from bikes to coolers to beach accessories, etc.. Couldn't have asked for a more gracious home owner either. Dealing with her was such a pleasurable experience overall....we will definitely be going back soon...

Family Getaway Dream!

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay in St. Simon's. The house is perfect for families. I've stayed in many vacation homes that promise amenities, but this one really delivers. From the bikes and ample beach chairs, down to the cart to lug it all to the water...everything was new, clean, and comfortable. The house comes well equipped with everything you could need for your weekend. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and places to eat. We never even moved the car once we got there, just walked or biked everywhere. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable vacation home.

Wonderful House!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is well kept and orderly. The screened front porch was the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee. There is ample seating and I loved the openness of the downstairs layout. There's also a small, windowless bunk room that is PERFECT for families with little ones who don't want the sun waking children at the crack of dawn. We didn't need the crib, but knowing there is one here makes this tasteful home even more charming and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Seas the Day was a PERFECT vacation home for my family. Our adult kids and spouses, and our adult single kids traveled from Ohio, California, and Jacksonville, FL to meet for an incredible reunion at the beach. We were a party of 8 adults and one toddler. The house was beautiful and so spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of sitting space to be all together. We cooked together, played games and shared lots of memories and great laughs. The house is updated and so comfortable. The hosts have stocked it with all essentials. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. It just doesn’t get much better! We hope to make this an annual event at Seas the Day!

Beautiful House in a Wonderful Location!

To start, the house is beautiful! It is spacious and has plenty of living spaces to sit and relax (which is rare for our family of 6!). My personal favorite is the courtyard with the overhanging oak trees. I loved to sit out on the porch, or the upstairs deck off of the master bedroom, and enjoy the trees. We have four kids and they also absolutely loved the house! My son enjoyed playing with the foosball table and, of course, we all loved either walking or riding bikes to the beach. The location is also great. It is a short walk (or bike ride if you like) to the beach , shops and restaurants, and only a mile from the pier village. We actually ended up walking to the pier village every evening to play at Neptune Park and grab some food! We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
