DATE D'ÉTÉ 2019 EN VENTE, ÉCONOMISEZ 10% sur les tarifs de base. 3600 $ par semaine (4 000 $ ordinaires) ou 540 $ par nuit (600 $ ordinaires) avec un minimum de 4 nuits.
Nous avons une grande famille et acheté cette maison pour être accueillant pour les réunions de famille. Estes Valley numéro d'enregistrement 6047. Commencez votre journée sur notre grand pont enveloppant avec vue sur le pic de Long. À distance de marche * PNMR et le YMCA des Rocheuses **, il dispose d'un excellent emplacement et nos visiteurs fréquents incluent la faune locale. Malade du trafic dans et hors du parc pendant l'été? Promenade dans le parc et monter à bord du bus navette gratuit PNMR à de nombreuses grandes randonnées et les lieux de pique-nique! Nous sommes également à 3 miles du centre-ville et pendant les mois d'été, vous pouvez sauter sur la navette Estes Park pour une visite sans stress pour les commerces et restaurants locaux.

Ceci est un plan d'étage ouvert avec 3 histoires. L'étage principal se compose d'une grande cuisine avec des ustensiles, et une table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10. Juste à côté de la cuisine est la salle familiale avec deux canapés et une cheminée à gaz et une vue pittoresque de pic de Long. Équipée du service Internet sans fil, d’un grand téléviseur intelligent 4k avec service de télévision par satellite DIRECTV, cette salle vous offre le confort de votre foyer.

Ce niveau a également la chambre principale w / King Bed, TV à écran plat w / DIRECTV Satellite Service et DVD, salle de bain principale spacieuse avec baignoire à jets, la buanderie avec demi-bain, laveuse / sécheuse, et l'accès au 600sf nouveau pont autour . Sur le pont REBUILT est un barbecue au propane et 2 tables de pique-nique.

A l'étage, deux chambres, une w / lits Queen et jumeaux, l'autre avec un lit King, et entre les chambres d'une salle de bain complète.

L'étage inférieur a une grande communauté de dormir région, (que nous appelons le dortoir ') avec un lit queen, jumeaux et lits gigognes et une salle de bain complète. Nouveau système de chauffage installé en bas, en 2009.

** La maison est située 1/2 mile de la YMCA, à 3 miles du centre-ville, avec 5 minutes d'accès à la rivière Big Thompson et à 20 min à pied de la moraine Park à PNMR.

* Parc national Rocky Mountain a plus de 350 miles de sentiers de randonnée, avec plus de la moitié au-dessus de la ligne d'arbre. Trail Ridge Road est la plus haute route pavée continue aux États-Unis pour atteindre 12.200 pieds au-dessus niveau de la mer dans son tronçon de 20 mile à travers la toundra.

Notre quartier est calme et à quelques centaines de yards de la frontière à PNMR.

Randonnée pédestre, pêche, vélo, et la faune abondent.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this lovely home to experience Rocky Mountain Nat. Park. It's very close to the Park entrance, YMCA of the Rockies and the town of Estes Park. We loved the cabin decor, it was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 10 in the living room and dining area, and nice that we could all sit together at the dining table for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots & pans. The bedrooms were very nice with enough beds for our group. Just note that the "dorm room" in the basement could only be accessed thru the garage downstairs, and felt separated from the main house. It would be fine for adults, older children or teenagers, but not smaller kids by themselves.Our host was very easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay near the park.

Place was super conveniently located close to park entrance & town. Plenty big enough for two families. Had everything we needed and when an unexpected problem occurred the hosts addressed it quickly and did not interfere with our trip at all. Very clean and plenty of seating inside and out for our group of 9. Highly recommend!

This cabin was the perfect choice for us and our extended family. All the kitchen supplies allowed us to cook every breakfast, lunch and most dinners in. The deck was nice to sit on to relax. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have a nice, open concept so everyone can talk or watch TV together. Cabin is located less than 10 mins from downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and less than 15 mins from Lake Estes. Cabin is stocked with all the essentials…towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soap, trash bags. This cabin made the relaxing stay even more stress free!

So beautiful. . .

Randy's property easily accommodated our party of 9 family members. The house was well-appointed and super cozy. Our teens loved being able to get away to the basement "dorm room". We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable, and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed visiting when there was snow on the ground, but we want to come again in the summer to enjoy an entirely different stay.

Perfect home base for RMNP and Estes Park!

Our family of 7, including 5 kids who are teens to young adults, had a great place to relax on our trip to Estes Park. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and a great space in the kitchen and living room for family games at the end of the day. The house is very convenient to RMNP as well as downtown Estes Park. We didn’t end up cooking as much as I had planned, but the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Family vacation

We stayed a week in this wonderful home. This worked well for our family. The bunk room is located in the basement (toward the back). Which worked well for our family. To prospective families. This was close to the national park and to town. Very clean. There were a few staple items left over from previous guests. I appreciate this because it is so wasteful to throw items away. Families can choose to use or not use if they want. A variety of spices were also in the cupboard. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash were available for use. (Not necessary, but a very nice benefit if you forget your supplies.) Grill worked well. Nice variety of pots, pans and storage containers. Also had storage bags, tin foil and plastic wrap. Again, many items were maybe left from previous guests, but it was nice to have these items. In turn, I left staple items that we did not use for the next guests. This home was perfect for our family of 8. (teenagers and newborn) Enjoy!

Lovely home

We were very impressed with the house, all the amenities, the location, and setting. Close to the RMNP, the town of Estes Park, the YMCA of the Rockies (some of us went horseback riding) and the Stanley Hotel. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 2 children (one of our daughter could not make it, but she would have had room too) The house was stocked much better than any other place we have stayed. Everywhere, except the dorm room (in basement off the garage, therefore separated from the main room) was extremely clean. The basement room had lots of spiderwebs and bugs which were easily cleaned up. Though it was not a problem for us, small children probably would not want to be down there by themselves. Older children and teens would be fine. Also, it should be noted in instructions, when you take the trash to drop off it costs money. I think if you were there on a Wednesday your could just put out the garbage can, but as we left on a Tuesday, we had to take it. Colorado charges for everything ( I can say this cause I live here) That being said, this was the nicest house we have stayed at. I loved hearing the river in the morning/evening quiet and the view, along with the animals that visited, was breathtaking.

This is a great, multi-family home that serves as a great home base for exploring Rocky Mountain NP. There are plenty of bedrooms with plenty of amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. One thing to note, the bedroom with 3-4 beds is located in the basement separated by the garage so it’s not directly accessible with the rest of the house. It is a cozy mountain stay.

Wonderful Spacious Home

Had 8 people stay hear for 6 days and it was fantastic. Very well stocked, grilled out on the deck and enjoyed the quiet, mountain setting. Very close the RMNP and Estes Park but felt quite and relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

Great Location

This cabin is just outside of Estes Park and only a 5 minute drive to the Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP. Plenty of room for 10 people. You can hear the Big Thompson river just across the street. At night we left the windows open so we could hear it all night.

Perfect site for visits to Beaver Meadows RMNP entry point!

This property is so close to the Beaver Meadows Park entry point and just far enough away from the business district of Estes Park for privacy. Quiet, and easily accessible. We had all the amenities we needed here and the Owner was easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great RMNP Location

Property super close to Beaver Meadows entrance station for RMNP and was great for our family. A few minor issues with technology - TV turned on by itself several times, internet occasionally went out, and electronic door access stopped working four nights into a six night stay (still able to get into house and lock up, but required going downstairs, out via the garage, and around/up to front entrance). Middle grill burners needed to be manually lit and grill didn’t retain much heat for indirect cooking. Could use some updated deck and indoor furniture and a couple hummingbird feeders would be a nice addition. In a residential neighborhood and one neighbor has a dog who barks a lot. All minor issues, hence the four-star rating. Cleanliness and proximity to hiking in RMNP were high priorities for our group.

I am unhappy the grill, door lock and tv were problems. To all future guests, I am available constantly (although many miles away) to address in-stay problems as quickly as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me.

We are the Zavada family from Ft. Myers, Florida. We started vacationing in Estes Park in 1994, returning almost every summer since. During that time we rented houses to stay in and shared our love of Estes with many other friends and family. We were blessed to be able to purchase our Estes home in 2007 and want to share the experiences we have had over the years with other lovers of Estes Park and families just now finding RMNP. We hope our home will be your home during your stay with us.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We find this to be the best location for families. We are within a half mile of the YMCA of the Rockies, with all its many activities for families both young and old. We are a few hundred yards from the Big Thompson river for avid fishermen. From the house there is a trail that leads you to Moraine Park in RMNP, about a 20 minute hike. Our neighborhood is wonderful with great neighbors and lots of wildlife that routinely crosses our yards. We are also 5 minutes from the park and 5 minutes to town by car.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is open and roomy. Our kitchen table can easily seat 10 and is perfect for family get togethers. If you love to hike or fish, you can do so without the use of a car with the close by trails and rivers. Wildlife viewing is like no other place we have visited. From our deck we have seen elk, deer, turkeys, bobcats, coyotes, and even bears and their cubs.
For days that may be cloudy, we have two 4k Smart TVs with DirecTV and wireless internet access in the house. We are more than happy to provide our knowledge of Estes Park and RMNP to our guests, just ask!
