Ceci est un appartement VINTAGE. C'est un bâtiment de 45 ans, et ce Studio / Efficacité a été soigneusement entretenu par notre mère de 90 ans pendant la plupart de ces années. Il est décoré de ses possessions, d'oreillers cousus à la main et a de beaux sols en chêne miel. Il s'agit d'une visite chez votre grand-mère ou arrière-grand-mère. Il est confortable et confortable. Ceci est un condo d'efficacité OCEANFRONT au 2e étage (1er étage au-dessus du niveau du hall). Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une piscine extérieure et une terrasse au même étage que l'unité. So wonderful to be back in this favorite cozy space! Renovation is lovely! Walk in shower is great…feel so much safer! Same perfect location, security, and view…which for me was a very churned up sea as a nor’easter moved in….It’s a perfect space for relaxation!

This was our first time staying here. Highly recommend this! It was also very nice to have a parking garage and not walk 5 miles to find a spot elsewhere. Having a balcony oceanfront was perfect too.

This was our first time staying here and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Jane's unit was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Updated, clean, beautiful beachfront views, and steps away from everything you could ever imagine. AJ was a very responsive host and a pleasure to deal with. I fell in love with Rehoboth Beach and will be coming back every year. Now we have the perfect place to stay!

Our 5th stay...so that should say it all. But just incase... it's the perfect location, great apartment, with everytyou need, perfect for beach access and walking distance to all the great restaurants. They should just include a rope so you can repel straight down for the gelati.

This is THE place to stay in Rehoboth. The unit is on the first floor above a coffee/ice cream shop. 10 steps from the pool, 20 steps from the elevator that takes you to the lobby which exits directly to the boardwalk. You can leave the balcony overlooking the beach and be setting up your chairs by the water in less than 5 minutes. The host is always a pleasure, very thorough and helpful the entire way through. The new updated kitchen and bathroom are very nice. My family has stayed here 4 summers in a row and always look forward to coming back next year. Parking underneath the building is also a huge perk, however we rarely find the need for a car once we park with all of the restaurants and activities so close.

The view is unbeatable--right on the water! The studio is cozy and comfortable--I packed to stay in (for the most part--still had to go around the corner for some great oysters!) and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend with a stack of books and the sounds of the ocean.
