It was the perfect place at the beach.

The location of the condo was great, it was in walking distance to the downtown area and the beach. The place was set up perfectly, we had everything we needed, and the parking spot really helped.

Apartment was exactly as described. Very roomy and comfortable. Kathryn was very responsive and replaced the coffee maker within an hour when I reported it broken. Location of apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the middle of all the action! Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean apartment. The area was perfect for everything including be close to the beach. I must say though this is the only place I've stayed where I had to bring bedding, pillows, towels and wash cloths. It was a very different experience for me lol. Not horrible though since we were warned ahead of time.

Something was wrong with our original unit and we were upgraded (no charge) to a larger unit. It was very clean and nice. Much appreciated!

Not so good

Nicely furnished, cheerful apt with parking in the heart of it all - and that's where the positive comments end. The promised queen-sized air mattress was missing; the floor had multiple wet spots with water leaking up from under the boards; the shower smelled of mildew after running the water; ants in the kitchen; and no vacuum or hand-vac or even broom for sand, which is pretty much a requirement for a place so close to the beach. Granted, I didn't contact the host until after we left, but they denied all these issues and refused to offer a refund over a stingy 10% of the full fee. I've also yet to receive it.Stay for the location but beware, you won't be too comfortable. Hopefully they lower the price to better reflect the condition.
