Nice place and close to everything even the beach! My only issue was that parking should be included in the cost as our carport sat empty during our visit. Turned out not to be a huge deal and parked a few blocks away for a fee. Extra fee to use the carport, but we never really used our car because everything was so close

Location is key here! So its worth the if you want to be able to get up and go. Walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The host was above and beyond. She answered all questions and quickly. Linen package needed here.Parking is for an additional fee at the site, but a parking pass is provided for parking elsewhere. Kitchen has everything necessary if your cooking some meals in. Thanks so much for adding the socket covers for my kids! Will def stay again.

It was the perfect place at the beach.

The location of the condo was great, it was in walking distance to the downtown area and the beach. The place was set up perfectly, we had everything we needed, and the parking spot really helped.

I cannot say enough about the amazing communication with the host. She was AMAZINGLY quick to respond to any questions and issues. Upon check-in, we experienced a small issue with the bedroom, which was quickly fixed by the host and the cleaning team. Additionally, the dryer was scheduled for a repair directly prior to our stay, which was also communicated clearly to us! The proximity to the beach was terrific, the property was clean overall, and the host was very communicative and kind! We would suggest to travelers that tend to sleep lightly to realize that the property does have a guest room upstairs, so you may encounter a few noises at times. If you are a sensitive sleeper, it may be helpful to bring earplugs. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to come to Rehoboth Beach again soon. If you are looking for a clean place with close proximity to the beach, this is a perfect place for a couple or small family. The dedicated, covered parking space that is available for a fee is great, as well.

Apartment was exactly as described. Very roomy and comfortable. Kathryn was very responsive and replaced the coffee maker within an hour when I reported it broken. Location of apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the middle of all the action! Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean apartment. The area was perfect for everything including be close to the beach. I must say though this is the only place I've stayed where I had to bring bedding, pillows, towels and wash cloths. It was a very different experience for me lol. Not horrible though since we were warned ahead of time.
