Maison de ville acceptant les animaux mise à jour et rénovée offrant deux chambres, deux salles de bains et demie et pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement avec un canapé-lit queen. Votre niveau principal offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec du carrelage, un coin repas, une cuisine bien équipée pour vos chefs à domicile, une grande télévision à écran plat avec un câble prolongé, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un accès au patio arrière. Le patio offre des terrains bien entretenus, un barbecue à gaz et de nouveaux meubles d'extérieur pour dîner à l'extérieur. Un escalier en colimaçon vous emmène à l'étage vers deux chambres spacieuses et deux salles de bain complètes. Scarborough Village à South Rehoboth se trouve au centre de Rehoboth Beach! À seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de la plage et de notre célèbre promenade et à quelques pas de Rehoboth Ave, de nombreux restaurants cinq étoiles, des magasins hors taxes et des aires de jeux communautaires sont à quelques minutes de marche. Garez-vous et promenez-vous partout pendant vos vacances! Après une longue journée à la plage, plongez dans notre grande piscine d'eau salée. Deux places de stationnement attribuées disponibles et frais pour animaux de compagnie requis (pas plus de 2 chiens). Cette maison se loue du vendredi au vendredi, les draps ne sont pas fournis mais un service de location est proposé ainsi qu'une assurance voyage / dommages. Désolé - ne pas fumer.

Great location near Rehoboth

The checkin was quick and easy. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. We walked to the beach in 10 minutes and all the shopping and restaurants along the way. The neighborhood was quiet and very clean for our dog walks.

Summer Fun

We had a great stay at Scarborough. The pool was wonderful as we had a super hot week. We were provided with an accurate description of our condo. We were happy that this was a pet friendly condo as we had a family dog with us. Very comfortable stay and I would recommend!

Within walking distance of the water front. Check in was easy. Nice and quiet residential area. Only complaint was one person had a little difficulty with the spiral staircase. The upstairs bedrooms had their own bathroom. And downstairs had a half bath. Good communication with the host.

Great location and property

The house was very clean and the property was well maintained. The furniture was in good shape and the kitchen had everything you need to cook/eat while staying there. Everything was in great condition! It was quiet and comfortable for our family of 4. The pool is fantastic too! Walkable to the beach or shops/restaurants. We parked the car when we arrived and only moved it to go check out Cape Henlopen (about a 25 minute drive away).

Wonderful August Getaway

For a place that takes pets, this is one of the nicest places we've stayed in a while. The kitchen was well-stocked with everyday necessities which made cooking a breeze. The townhouse was comfortably and nicely furnished. Location was amazing - you are steps aways from everything - and there's a parking pass to help you park closer to the beach. Pool was great, too, and close. Even the second parking space - while not immediately available in front of the townhome - is just a short walk away in second lot. Our family and dogs had a wonderful time here - beds were a little firm for our liking - but overall, we loved it here!

Great location and nice place

Contract indicates there are two off street parking places but not at this set of condos (102 and 106 only have one space). Plus with an 11 yo and 15 yo, it's inconvenient to have them sleep in the main living space (fold out couch). Otherwise the location and property are great for 4 people (and one car). We would love to stay in the same block again at a place with more beds for kids. Very nice place!

Nice home near everything

Nice place

The home is nice. Like the other reviews said the spiral staircase was a little scary for our dogs. One of my family members thought the bathrooms had a strange smell but I didn’t notice it. Cute neighborhood and walkable to Rehoboth Ave.

Great Location

Great location, 4-5 blocks to the beach and 1 block to shopping!! Great townhouse just bring your supplies. Our dog was not crazy about the spiral stairs and would not go upstairs. All in all it was a great mini vacation, we would definitely stay here again!!

Convenience and Style at the Beach

Great stay and great property. Incredibly convenient 2 minute walk to Rehoboth Ave, and a lovely unit. Very clean, updated and decorated so well. You’ll love staying here!

Great Beach House

Great location, great layout. Everything is so close, but quiet retreat as needed. The beach was an easy walk, lots of food nearby. The area is practicing good COVID precautions. We loved everything except the spiral staircase, our dog was not a fan! We will be back!
