Notre emplacement au deuxième étage vous évite d'avoir à attendre un ascenseur. Il permet de transporter des produits d'épicerie et des jouets de piscine jusqu'à votre porte sans effort!

Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez chez vous ici. Après tout, vous êtes en vacances, non? Notre condo a été décoré avec des couleurs de plage gaies. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine a de beaux appareils avec une gamme supérieure lisse et des comptoirs en granit. Nous avons récemment amélioré les armoires de cuisine et de salle de bain, ainsi qu'un nouveau réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle. Nous avons également amélioré les planchers (automne 2017) dans l'ensemble de l'unité avec de beaux planchers solides. Les salles de bains ont toutes été refaites avec des douches carrelées. Nous avons ajouté un placard ouvert pour vous permettre de ranger facilement toutes vos chaussures, sacs de plage, chaises de plage et jouets de sable. Le meilleur de tous, avec l'espace de vie ouvert, vous aurez une télévision à écran plat, idéale pour les jours de pluie. La vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale est spectaculaire. Après une longue journée à la plage, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le grand balcon et vous détendre.

Edgewater a un parc aquatique pour les petits enfants. Profitez également de la pizza au bord de la piscine de Paradise Pizza. Une cabane en cône de neige au bord de la piscine et des films de plongée sont disponibles pendant l'été.

Nous prenons maintenant des réservations pour la saison 2020. Réservez votre temps tôt! Ne manquez pas de louer notre magnifique condo. Vous pouvez également me trouver sur la côte d'émeraude par le propriétaire.

I stayed for 9 days for a baseball tournament. The master bedroom room was large and comfortable. The view of the Gulf was amazing. Wendy the host was available when we had a question and quick to respond. Check in and out was easy.

Excellent condo and service

This condo was wonderful! The second floor was great too! The host was wonderful at communicating with me on different occasions! The pools were fantastic and enjoyed the oceans food and drinks!! Having karaoke by the pool was pretty cool!!! We never had an issue with the elevators which is RARE ever lol!! I would recommend to anyone ready to enjoy the beach and make memories!!!

This condo is perfect! We loved the layout giving us more sleeping options for kiddos than other places. The bedrooms were spacious too. We had a great view of the pool and beach (pictures don’t do it justice). It was nice to take the stairs, there seemed to be 1 elevator always broken so long waits for the one working. The door lock was a little tricky to figure out, but we eventually got it.

Great location on the resort property overlooking the lagoon pool. Being on the second floor is very convenient and we were able to park close to the stairs. Decor was nice, updated and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

Great layout and plenty of room

The condo was perfect for our stay with 2 adults and 3 teens. We honestly could have had several more and not been cramped. The furniture was comfortable, the dining area was spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Just was very responsive and friendly.

Edgewater is our go to location. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and has been updated. And the 2nd floor location is a dream!

Perfect Family Rental

We were in the second floor, with a short walk to a fantastic pool and beach. The space is perfect for a family and comfortable for large families. We will definitely book again! Side note, I really appreciate how kind and accommodating the host was. We had several questions she was happy to assist with!

Birthday at the beach

Our family was celebrating my husband's 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to stay. If you couldn't find things to do in the resort (and there were many), there were things close by to fill in. Wendy was wonderful with helping us with making arrangements and answering any questions that we had. The condo was neat and clean and had all of the amenities that you could ask for. We did a bonfire on the beach and all of us enjoyed that.

Beautiful condo with great views!

The property was clean and well kept. The owner is a great communicator. Wendy checked in on us to make sure check-in went okay since we got there after hours (9:30pm). It did. The office staff was nice also. Parking was simple. No large parking garages. The room is very spacious. Perfect for my family. My mom had her own room (2nd master) and my girls stayed in the double bedroom. Each room had their own bath which provided space for 'getting ready' with 4 women in this condo. We loved it!! Would definitely stay here again. It was February. Weather was mostly good and we played board games in the room when it wasn't. Few people on the beach. Great vacation!

Needs some Updates

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We ended up booking a different place halfway through our stay and just leaving. I didn’t notify management because what would they have been able to do about crappy furniture. Master bedroom is hot even when following instructions to keep cool. Things just kept falling off the walls. Air vents, and then some of the decor. Price would have been worth it for half the rate we paid. Not a 700/night condo by any stretch. Our family likes nice things so when we pay a price like this we expect nice things. This unit needs updates to accommodate that rate. Other than the unit the property is fun but extremely crowded this early in the season. We usually travel in late August.

Wow. I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I wish I had known you were so uncomfortable. I feel this unit is very updated with finishes and new furniture within the last few years. Crappy furniture? The living room furniture is only a year old. The mattresses in the queen room are brand new, and the king mattresses are only a few years old. The master bedroom does get hot in the summer months, that’s why we suggest keeping the curtains closed during the day. As far as things falling off the wall, I’ve never had anyone else complain about that and so I’m not aware of that happening regularly. If air vents are falling out of the wall- I wish you would’ve told me so I could get that taken care of. Again, I’m sorry for your bad experience.

Large group vacation

Wendy is amazing! Communication was excellent. Lovely property. Comfortable sleep with lots of space. She allowed part of our group early entry which was wonderful. Small issue with AC which was promptly fixed within an hour. Extremely clean. Can't speak highly enough about this property and host. Definitely coming back next year...same spot!! Thank you Wendy.
