The place was gorgeous and a wonderful view. We had an issue with the water temperature in one shower and it was fixed immediately after we reported it. We couldnât of asked for more beautiful place and family had a great vacation.

Condo was perfect for our spring break. Destin was extremely busy and we felt like we were in our own private oasis. Plenty of space in the unit and the views are amazing!

October is a great month to experience Destin. This unit has spectacular views and is spacious. Wrap around balconies are where we parked while we were there. Its a definite repeat for future visits.

We had a wonderful time staying at this facility and will come back. The only negative would be no beach chairs or beach towels but it wasnât a big deal. We loved our time and wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony for sunset and watching dolphins on the patio was amazing!! Kids loved the lagoons next to the place and being at the end of the island made it very quite peaceful.

Beautiful views, Condo is true to the pictures panoramic view of the harbor. A little deceiving when it comes to the beach the beach is not what I would call a beach it is water from the yeti or the harbor which all the boats are in, you cannot swIm in the Harbor.
You definitely need a car. The best beaches are up further .Destiny is a beautiful public beach right by the Crab Trap.

We have a nice time a great location. The only problem was in the pictures it showed a grill. There was NO grill , the couch Has stains on it. Also, it stated two queen beds but it was two twin beds in the third room.

Judy, We are sorry that your vacation was not what you'd hoped. There was a power outage in the area which resulted in no electricity. Our records do not indicate that you reached out to us with any other issues. We wish you would have reached out with any other problems you experienced. Love the location! Main issue was with the air conditioning in the master bedroom. Would not cool. Other bedrooms were fine. There were four fans in the closet so this issue must be systemic. Other than not sleeping in a cool master br, our stay was good.

STAY AWAY FROM REALJOY!!! AS CROOKED AS THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION!!!
Got a call a few days before check in to tell me that the master bath tub is leaking in to the unit below it but it should be fixed before we checked in. Upon check in we got an email stating that it was still broken & we could not use it. I asked if they were coming to fix it & they said no they were going to fix it when I checked out. I said well can you send someone to check out this a/c because it is not working in the master bedroom. A day goes by & another night sweating. I call & talk to someone different this time & they say they will leave a message for the property manager & someone will get back with me. No call back so I call again the next day they offered me fans & I said I don't need fans, I need a/c. Another day goes by of no sleep so I call again & they claim they came out the day before & checked it & it's working fine. I said that's ironic because I didn't leave the condo all day. I found the a/c units in the closets & bought an infrared thermometer & tested the vent & return temps. I sent them the video to show that the unit on one side isn't cooling & they still refused to come out. I called the company that installed them "Priority 1 HVAC". I spoke with Haley who was very nice & said no we havent been there since the 15th, I said wait a sec so you guys were out here working on the a/c 3 days before I checked in? She confirmed & said they would be happy to come out same day if Realjoy would call them. I relay the information & i'm told no they will not send anyone out & we will talk about compensation when I check out. I get a text the night before check out to say that I will not receive a refund because I stayed the entire stay. I said wait a sec, you told me you weren't doing anything & we would talk about compensation upon checkout. Then they said sorry yes you are right, the manager will call you tomorrow. I get a text instead saying they are not giving a refund. I told them I would check out when they issued the refund as agreed & they need to call me. I get a call & nobody is there so then Logan calls & says Jonathan's headset isn't working so he had him call. He tells me they aren't giving any reimbursement and the guy hangs up on me. He sends the sheriff out saying I'm refusing to leave the unit. Danielle was there & she confirmed the a/c wasn't working & Jonathan would call me about a refund. What do u know I get a text instead saying no reimbursement! After they spoke with Danielle they offered about 7% refund. LOL

It is always the intention of RealJoy to provide excellent customer service to our guests while staying with us and in reviewing your reservation information we can see that you felt we missed that mark. We do apologize regarding the inoperability of the tub in the master, unfortunately the repair could not be scheduled prior to your arrival to make it available to you. We also apologize that the level of AC cooling was not to your satisfaction. We had multiple companies provide service calls during your stay, when you allowed them access, and all noted the units working properly. We wish we would have been able to do something else to make your stay more comfortable, or that you had been receptive to our offer to have fans delivered, and hope that you at least found some enjoyment during you vacation. We are optimistic that the amount refunded to you was received as expected.
Beautiful property with views that can not be beat! We all spend much of our time on the balconies overlooking the jetty. Great location in relation to the beaches. Loved our stay!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being any sugar, salt, or coffee. Condiments, spices, coffee, coffee filters, etc. are not provided due to food safety concerns. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. We really enjoy this location and this is actually the second year in a row that we stayed in this exact unit and the third year we stayed at this property. This time of the year is perfect for us as the weather and events are usually great.
This penthouse was very clean and spacious. Plenty of space for seven adults. The views were beautiful from the wraparound deck. Felt very safe on the gated property. Management always answered any questions quickly. Would book again!

East Pass Towers is in a beautiful location between the Destin harbor and east jetty. We stayed here earlier this year in a different unit managed by a different property management company and had a wonderful stay.
This time, however, we rented unit 605 managed by RealJoy. We arrived after a 14-hour road trip and were horrified when we entered the security code we were given for the door, opened the door and discovered someone elseâs belongings in the unit. No one was in the unit at the time but someone was obviously staying there. It immediately felt like a security issue. We should not have been able to enter the unit if someone else was staying there and someone else should not have been able to enter the unit if we had a truly secure door code.
It turns out the owner of this unit told someone they could stay in the unit that week even though we had reserved the unit for the week. Obviously there was a communication breakdown somewhere.
RealJoy was responsive that night and put us in another unit in the building for the night. We spoke with Milena from RealJoy and she was very helpful. Unfortunately, we never got to speak to her again and I had to I re-tell the story every time I tried to contact RealJoy. I asked for a direct number to someone, but they would not give me one. I was also told that RealJoy would âmake it rightâ financially for the anxiety and inconvenience we suffered, but I have yet to have anyone from their management team contact me, even though I have asked several times.
As far as unit 605, it is a mostly lovely unit with gorgeous views. The master bedroom will not cool down like the rest of the condo does. The cleaning was obviously rushed as they had to have the ownerâs guests vacate and clean it so we could move in, which finally happened Sunday afternoon.
I would caution you that if you rent this unit, double-check that the owner and RealJoy are on the same page and havenât inadvertently double-booked the unit.
