Arbor House Santa Cruz Beach Cottage Location de vacances à Santa Cruz en Californie, est une résidence privée de 2 chambres à coucher, 1 Bath pouvant accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes confortablement et une famille de 6 personnes facilement.

Loyer pour un week-end ou quelques semaines tout au long de l'année. Nous sommes à seulement quatre maisons et 150 étapes à Twin Lakes State Beach, Santa Cruz sur le sanctuaire de la baie de Monterey.

À quelques pas, se trouvent Restaurants, boissons, bateaux et divertissements sur le port de plaisance de Santa Cruz. Il n'y aura aucune raison de quitter le quartier!

Comme vous vous asseyez sur le pont de notre Cottage surélevé, les bateaux à montres vont et viennent du Santa Cruz Yacht Harbour. Au loin, vous entendrez les lions de mer sur le quai de Santa Cruz, et les adultes et les enfants qui rient et crient en roulant le Dipper géant de Circa 1924 sur la célÚbre promenade de la plage de Santa Cruz à 100 ans. Un trajet de 7 minutes ou une promenade de 1,20 mille. Il y a aussi un ferry «Summer Season» qui vous glisse à travers le Yacht Harbour pour vous faire marcher sur la promenade de la plage un peu plus vite.

Faites des excursions en kayak sur la baie ou un tour Chardonnay II, dégustez-vous ou prenez le train Skunk dans les montagnes de Santa Cruz!

Il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire à Santa Cruz, sur la baie de Monterey et dans les alentours que vous voudrez réserver votre prochain séjour tout de suite!

Best stay! Family friendly, clean, everything you need. Host was excellent with communication and accommodating to our early arrival. Would definitely recommend this cozy cottage. 2 min walk to restaurants and beach made for minimal driving while also making breakfast and dinners on the deck. This stay was excellent for my 40th!

The house is a very cute and comfortable bungalow; the pictures don’t do it justice. We were so close to the beach we could hear the waves and easily walk or bike to restaurants. We loved the area and hope to return soon!

Travelled with my family and this was cottage fit us perfectly. Loved the Marina view from back deck and the short walk to the beach. The neighborhood had everything we needed and was easy to get anywhere in town. Also, appreciated all the amenities - beach toys, chairs, outdoor shower. Would be lucky to get to come back.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House as we have done in the past. It is a perfect combination of fantastic location, amenities and charm. The back deck is glorious, and the whole place feels like home. We will definitely return.

Hello, I’m Shirley, your host, and I would like to share a bit of the history of Arbor House Cottage. Arbor House was built in 1937 and has been in the family since 1958. My grandmother was the second owner. Though it wasn't called Arbor House then, it was simply a long term rental.

My grandparents lived across the street in the corner house and I remember going to visit them and playing there. Being with them was very special to me and my siblings. After they passed, I lived there with my Mother and Father until I married and started my own family and after my mother passed, the cottage came to me.

It is good to be able to go over from time to time, enjoy the beach and delicious restaurants and recall the wonderful memories!.....(note the picture on the wall in the dining room, it's not me but reminds me of myself as a child on the beach).....

Scott and I have put many long and loving hours into making Arbor House the warm and welcoming Cottage that it is today.

So, 'welcome'....This is your home for the short time you are here.

Arbor House Beach Cottage is located on 6th Avenue, just four houses up and 150 steps to Twin Lakes State Beach.

Just steps away is one of Monterey Bay's most popular restaurants, The Crow's Nest, offering spectacular waterfront views on the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary.

As you sit on the deck of our Vacation Rental cottage, watch boats come and go from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Listen to the Sea Lions on the Santa Cruz Pier, and the adults and children laughing as they ride the 1924 Giant Dipper on the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. About 1.97 miles away and a 7 minute drive or a 1.20 mile walk.

Free Water Taxi throughout the Yacht Harbor: Weekends and Holidays,
10 AM - 6 PM Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Take Kyaking excursions on the Bay or a Chardonnay II Tour, take a ride on the historic Roaring Camp Railroad or go Wine Tasting!

There are so many things to see and do in Santa Cruz, on the Monterey Bay and surrounding area.
