Résumé :

- Loft d'artiste d'exception, moderne, atypique situé en plein coeur de Paris.
- A 2 minutes à pied du métro République.
- Il est situé dans un immeuble de standing calme et sécurisé.
- Il a été refait à neuf et peut accueillir 6 personnes
- Il comprend un séjour convertible avec canapé lit avec cuisine ouverte et équipée, 2 chambres doubles
- Situé entre le canal Saint-Martin, le sentier et le Marais, dans un quartier trÚs vivant, plein de restaurants et boutiques.

Le loft fait 100m2 et a été entiÚrement refait à neuf avec des matériaux et meubles de designer.

Il est composé d'un grand séjour avec canapé convertible Queen Size donnant sur une cuisine ouverte, de 2 chambres doubles avec lit 4 étoiles Queen Size (160x200) et rangements, d'une salle de bains avec grande douche et de WC séparés.

Sa cuisine ouverte et entiÚrement équipée (plaque de cuisson à induction, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetiÚre Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-linge / sÚche linge, lave-vaisselle) donne sur un vaste séjour avec espace dinatoire.

La chambre en mezzanine comprend un petit salon avec grand Ă©cran TV.

Des rideaux permettent d'avoir l'obscurité et l'intimité souhaitée. Le logement est situé en rez-de-chaussée sur cour dans un immeuble récent de grand standing refait récemment. Il est trÚs calme.

La climatisation est uniquement dans la mezzanine. Il y a Ă©galement un ventilateur.

Amazing place!!!

We absolutely loved this place! It was in a fabulous neighborhood and the place itself was spacious, clean and super quiet. The host was very responsive. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Roomy loft Apartment

Good neighborhood, very safe and the courtyards were very pretty. Excellent restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Lots of room in the apartment for a family of 5! Florian was very responsive to our requests and was easy to work with.

Perfect For Us

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The neighborhood is vibrant yet tranquil. The courtyard is filled with beautiful plants & the apartment is away from the street which makes it very quiet inside. Everything is as pictured or better, and it is well stocked with supples.

Amazing Stay

Excellent property in a convenient location close to the Republique metro station. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are great and always nice to have a washer/dryer. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with two teenagers. Florian had a detailed arrival email and everything went smooth. Would certainly stay here again. It was a great location to explore the city either by walking or using the metro.

Great loft in an awesome location. Very clean and comfortable. Florian was very attentive and quick to respond. Only the loft bedroom had AC so the house was hot but there were fans which helped. Overall, we would recommend. Thanks for a nice visit.

Exactly what we needed

We enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed for two nights. Great location near lots of cafes/restaurants and easy to get to subway. Very quiet when you entered the foyer area. There were a few tears in the furniture but it didn’t bother us. Lots of space for 4 people. Florian was always very responsive to my questions.

Very comfy home like

This was an amazing comfortable setting ! Absolutely beautiful & enjoyable . It had lots of amenities and my kids were in love . The only wish was that the host finds out the primary language in advance for each guests because we had an impossible time trying to change the setting to English for the television , maybe in the future it can be set by the host before arrival 
 also we would have liked some lamp shades in the bedroom for the light bulbs on the end tables . Other wise this stay was amazing

The French Dip

Great communication with owner, very easy check. The apartment is rather large. I was travel with an elderly parent, so access with few steps was important. There is a ground floor bedroom and only one step inside the apartment on the ground making it easy to get around. The upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling and offers a/c. The apartment would benefit by adding a wall mirror to free-up the bathroom during busy mornings and replace the living room chair with torn arms. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in Paris.

Cute city apartment in good location

Our family stayed at the property for three nights in August. The property manager was extremely responsive and came out the following day to fix a few minor issues. The apartment is new with comfortable beds and everything you need to live like a Parisian. It is in a good location in the Marais and we could walk to the Louvre in approximately 10 minutes, but there’s a metro stop a block away. Very clean and convenient. The apartment was originally described as a 3 bedroom. It is only 2 bedrooms with a pullout couch. Given that we were traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids, this was an unwelcome surprise, although admittedly I didn’t catch this in the description of the rental where it was disclosed. The owner has since revised to indicate there are only 2 bedrooms.

Easy and awesome

Great location super modern apartment in well maintained quiet complex. Check in process and use of ammenities was so straightforward that no stress was involved in the stay. Close walking distance to various supermarkets (including three Marks and Spencer food halls that allowed us to cater our own meals with English ingredients lists). All three beds were super comfortable and had lovely linen. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Kitchen was suitable to cook our family meals and was easy to keep clean (as was the whole apartment). Wifi was fast and uninterrupted. Easy access to either walk, metro or Uber around Paris. The heatwave had passed so we coped with the one A/C unit in the mezzanine bedroom, this could be the only downside if Summer was at its peak. The owners were prompt in responding at time of booking. They processed the deposit refund quickly. The instructions provided were so clear that we didn’t need to contact them again. They have really excelled in both providing a lovely apartment and managing it very professionally.

Un week-end agréable

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able la description de la location est exact aux attentes que j’attendais! Le seul petit bĂ©mol que je pourrais dire, lors de la location c’est que le voisinage est un peu trop curieux , beaucoup trop d’appartement ouvert dans les parties communes comme si cela faisait partie de leur logement . J’ai Ă©tĂ© outrĂ© d’une accusation lors de mon passage pour bruit sonore alors que Ă  l’heure oĂč cela a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© nous dormions !! Il y a un gros problĂšme de rĂ©seau wi-fi dans l’appartement je ne recevais ni message ni appelle Ă  revoir au niveau de l’installation Internet . Je tiens Ă  prĂ©ciser que la personne que j’ai eu pour la location est une personne qui a Ă©tĂ© disponible lors de mon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© ses petits bĂ©mols je vous conseille de louer cette appartement parisiens Je lui attribue une note de 4,5/5

Il y a un effort Ă  faire pour l'entretien des Ă©quipements et la propretĂ©. Mon avis est que le(s) propriĂ©taires laissent les clĂ©s au personnel sans jamais y faire un tour, ce qui leur permettrait de constater, qui, des verrous qui dĂ©connent, qui une fenĂȘtre qui ne ferme pas, qui un oreiller maculĂ© de sang au fond d'un placard.Je note 4 car il y a quand mĂȘme beaucoup de choses positives.
