Ce condo a une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la plage. Il fait directement face à l'océan afin que vous puissiez voir l'océan depuis votre canapé. Ceci est une maison de ville de deux chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain qui entre au deuxième étage avec le troisième étage étant où les chambres sont situées. Il y a trois grands téléviseurs à écran plat. Ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et les deux chambres. Moquette partout sauf dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. King, deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit. À Summerhouse, nous avons 4 piscines à température régulée au choix sur la propriété, ce qui rend la baignade confortable toute l'année! Il y a également quatre courts de tennis, deux courts de racquetball et un terrain de pickleball. Nous avons deux zones de grillades et deux aires de jeux pour les enfants idéalement situées à chaque extrémité de la propriété. Notre espace commun autour des piscines est couvert d'herbe luxuriante et bien entretenue à quelques pas de la plage. Notre unité de location dispose d'un personnel de réception convivial et d'une maintenance sur place pour aider à résoudre rapidement tout problème s'il devait survenir. Nous avons une petite bibliothèque et une salle de sport disponibles pendant les heures normales de bureau pour votre commodité.

The kitchen has many silverware items and plates. They have one of each, needed cooking item. They didn’t have paper towels to start. There were a number of bulbs burned-out: all of the guest room, one working in main BR, 2 out in bath and one out in kitchen!! There were 2 spare bulbs in pantry. The cleaning crew should catch this, not the guest.

Very soothing color choices and in excellent condition. The location is perfect - close to a pool and beach access. The view was amazing. Thank you so very much!

Great View/Maintenance Needed

The “Contactless Check In” was not as described, as the door was locked. So we had to call and someone had to come let us in. The first thing we noticed was the upstairs bathroom floor was full of water. Called the office, they sent someone who stated they would be back the next day with a part to repair the leaking toilet. 3 days later we had to call again as it was now leaking through the first floor ceiling and nothing had been done. The leak was from the wax ring meaning this was waste water leaking that we were walking on. The office originally tried to send out a plumber the following day, until we complained again and they repaired it that day (day 3). All of the light bulbs were burned out in the master bedroom and the master closet. Half of the lights above the dining room table were burned out. And although the ocean view was great from the master bedroom, the pull for the blinds was broken, so the rising sun woke us up at 6:30am every day. Complex, pools and view were great, but this unit needs to be better maintained.
