Il y a deux lits king-size ultra confortables, un dans la chambre au rez-de-chaussée et un autre situé à l'étage dans la chambre en mezzanine qui dispose également d'un petit coin salon. Le salon principal est spacieux et confortable et la cuisine complète est ouverte et équipée de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Si vous préférez sentir que vous séjournez dans une maison de vacances bien entretenue plutôt que dans un logement locatif ... ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Il y a un balcon couvert à côté du salon qui donne sur une cour ouverte et les courts de tennis - asseyez-vous et détendez-vous. À plus de 700 pieds carrés, cette maison de transport est une merveilleuse retraite à la plage.

Was a nice stay. The stairs were a bit narrow inside and bathroom was dated but had a thematic vibe. I would stay again. Location was ideal.

Cute + convenient

My two children (8 & 6) and I stayed for a couple of nights at Turks & Caicos and it was perfect! It's only a few feet away from the indoor pool and tennis courts, a very short walk to town and just a couple of blocks to the beach. It was very convenient to all three which was important to us. The unit was clean, had very comfy furniture and beds, and a large dining table. The kitchen seemed small but it was fully furnished with everything I needed to cook multiple meals. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Good location, small unit…

Family of 4, two kids under 9… The loft provides an extra bed and pull out trundle sofa for more children. The staircase is steep and narrow which could make it difficult for older adults and perhaps some small children. The beds were decent in terms of comfort. Bathroom is very small and is the only bathroom for the unit. There is NOT a tub, unfortunately. So again, for smaller kids this isnt ideal. As soon as we arrived we had issues with some appliances but the RBCC was on top of the repairs for same day resolution. Beach is an easy 5 minute bike across 30a to either access C or D. Biking to the main center is also east and under 5 mins. This unit is situated next to the fitness center and tennis courts. Indoor pool just steps away which the kids loved. This is our 3rd stay in RB and if I’m being honest, this is our least favorite rental but is has been the least expensive. *note: unit does not include any condiments or salt/pepper- so be sure to grab before you arrive.

1. Major Concern -Lots of screws and nails in front of the garage door that could ruin a vacation if one hits a tire. 2. Next First World problems- meaning the listed problems are more inconveniences more than actual issues - Overall cleanliness was ok, whoever did the remodel of the kitchen did a very basic job, outlets and light switches in strange locations, cabinets looked hastily installed - For whatever reason we had more trouble trying to make coffee than we knew could be possible but the property manager was quick to at on it. -Washer and dryer are in the garage and you have to walk outside to get to it - but you know exercise is good 3. Positive notes - couches and beds were comfortable and the AC and water heating issues that had been noted on previous evaluations seemed to be fixed Conclusion - We had a great time, if you need a good place to stay to have have fun at the beach or outside the place you’re staying then this place is a good fit (so long that you don’t nit pick at the above mentioned first world issues.) If you’re looking to to do a lot of cooking at home, find a place with a better kitchen.

Our Maintenance Department staff took care of any debris near the garage. As the carriage houses are smaller properties, the kitchens tend to follow suit. Fortunately, Turks & Caicos is equipped with a full sized stove top, oven, refrigerator, microwave and diswasher! We look forward to welcoming you back to Rosemary Beach!

Moldy Bathroom and Filthy couch/chair covers

Location, community/house amenities, house stocking, and ease of check-in/out are 5 star! However, key to any vacation stay is cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom and living area furniture is repulsive and influenced our ability to settle in to enjoy the positives of this rental. I'd read previous reviews noting the moldy bathroom, as well as management's response of having notified housekeeping of the issue. However, if my July 2022 review echoes an August 2021 review, including a moldy shower curtain that is an inexpensive replacement, there was no motivation to report this issue to management. The bathroom grout is mildewy (and missing in some places) and needs to be replaced. A few other issues include ants, less than optimal cooling (doesn't get cold enough; my 6 and 8 year olds complained of it being too warm on the second floor), and light switches not in appropriate locations (e.g., bathroom light and fan switches are OUTSIDE the bathroom). Finally, as shown in the picture, the upstairs bed butts against the short, loft wall. Not pictured is that a 20ft (?) opening/drop to the 1st floor is on the other side, which makes situating a bed half the height of this shorter wall less favorable for small children. Not a sleeping location I was comfortable with for my 6 year old. Again, cleanliness and comfort are the least of expectations, esp. at this cost. We will not return to this location.

We loved Turks and Caico carriage house

My husband, my 3 year old and I all loved the Turks and Caicos carriage house. It was a bike ride away from everything. Very clean. Easy check in process. Easy check out process. Bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Clean, comfortable, great location. Perfect spot for family of four. The loft space was great for the kids. Appreciated the reasonably good wifi and both TVs were reasonably good size and quality, especially compared to other beach rentals in the past. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Included flatware and dinnerware was sufficient for our needs. Washer and dryer in the garage were convenient. Fantastic proximity to the two largest pools, steps away from the fitness center. Close to our favorite coffee shop in barrett square and our favorite breakfast spot in Inlet beach. Straight simple walk south to the beach at Beach access point C. The included bikes were helpful, and we rented a couple more for the kids. If forced to identify some areas for improvement, the garage bay on the right side, where I was required to park, did not have a garage door opener, and was a heavy manual door. I was happy to have off-street parking, but installing a powered garage door opener would be a smart decision and a convenience most are accustomed to at home. The couch and loveseat slipcovers in the living room are so worn they are fraying and becoming tattered, with some stains, and should be replaced soon. It would have been nice to have access to a couple beach chairs and an umbrella, although I acknowledge a property owner has no obligation to provide those items. These minor grievances are outweighed by an overall excellent stay. Overall would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom needs a little TLC. Shower curtain is filthy. Also couches should either be recovered or cleaned- white anything in a rental shows the wear and tear fast. Biggest complaint was maintenance man pressure washing outside our unit at 8am on Thursday morning without any notice. Not enjoyable to walk up too and could have waited until after 10 for customer courtesy.

Absolutely awful - do not stay here.

We were so looking forward to this trip, and we were seriously disappointed. Pro: location - close to the beach and close to town. Easy bike ride or walk to either. Con: where do we start? 1. The AC was out when we got there. That was the only thing they were quick to get fixed. But we still were without AC for several hours 2. Bathroom was gross and moldy. 3. We had minimal / no hot water the entire trip. This was the real kicker. It took running the shower for 15-20 min, shutting the shower off for another 10-20 min and turning it back on for the water to SLIGHTLY warm up. But even then, it was ice cold within 15 minutes. In 4 nights here, my wife had 4 cold showers. 4. The service of the Rosemary rental company was abysmal. When we brought the water temperature to their attention, to their credit, they sent maintenance out quickly. However, they couldn’t figure out the issue. The front desk managers response was that I could shower in the fitness center if I needed. Seriously? What kind of suggestion is that? Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. We will never stay at this property again and recommend that you do not either.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. I understand the AC was fixed quickly and your issues were addressed in a timely manner. Our Director of Maintenance verified the hot water was working with you twice during your stay and asked you to let us know if there were any other issues. We were unaware of any issues with the bathroom as this was never mentioned on any of our recorded phone calls. Nonetheless, our housekeeping staff has been notified of your concern. It is our goal to ensure all appliances and features of the home are in good working order. Upon receiving your complaint of no hot water, we offered using the fitness center to shower as an alternative until maintenance could get to the home since you had evening plans. We never wish to delay your plans while on vacation and suggested this as an alternative. We hope you enjoyed your time in our beautiful community.

Great time in Rosemary Beach

Property is great! It is a large 700 square feet. Had an issue with the A/C after construction workers caused a power outage that was resolved quickly by the management company. Very responsive. Bikes are a great way to get around the area so it was nice to have some included. I look forward to a return visit in the future!

Great location, wonderful staff handling the property, amazing time in Rosemary. The cottage was perfect location, right next to the tennis courts and we would have taken advantage of them if we stayed longer but the beach called our name. Having bikes with the rental was a huge plus. Perfect to get around and enjoy some of the other beaches around. The place itself was clean and great procedures are in place to protect their guests. Would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Rosemary. Thanks again guys
