My family enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool. Home was very clean and exactly how described. Very convenient location and close to the beach. Will stay here again for sure!

A dream come true!

We loved our month in this lovely house. It’s very comfortable, clean and the pool is wonderful! After 2 years of pandemic caution it was wonderful to have a beautiful home to relax and share with friends and family. We had minor issues or questions and Larisa addressed everything promptly and with ease. The location was great and Larisa helped us to know great restaurants etc. We will be back to this beautiful home away from home!

Great place

Nice and clean place in a good located and quiet area, close to the beach and downtown. We will recommend it to anyone for sure. Great house for a family vacation. The heated pool is a plus. We would stay there again.

Sarasota family vacation

Property was just like what the listing said.. very clean and close to Siesta Key… a couple of factors that were NOT the owners fault.. The house next door was having a new roof put on the entire time we were there… so more noisy and not as private in the back yard during the day when they were working… also the pool started to turn green at the end of 2nd day we were there and really didn’t use the pool the rest of the time there..otherwise we had a nice family vacation

Great place as advertised

Place was very nice with only some VERY minor details as the slider to master bath was off its track or something and some vertical blinds issues but impeccably clean and really no complaints. Location was good but do need to drive to beach, village, and most restaurants but not far at all. Would rent this place again!

Great home for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Short ride to the beach or just stay back and enjoy the weather by the pool. Beautifully decorated and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Overall a great stay!

The house was great! It was exactly what my family and I needed. I don’t really have anything bad to say, there was just a couple small things but it didn’t ruin our stay by any means. The tv outside wasn’t working for some reason, the propane tank on the fire was empty, and there are multiple blinds missing in the master bedroom so it’s not very private. We just put a blanket over the window and it was fine. Other than those small things, it was great!! Would totally go back.

HI, Thank you for your review. The tv turned out to be replaced, we didn't know that it doesn't work. If you contact us during your stay, we can get those things fixed for you asap, including the propane tanks. It's hard to tell when they are empty, so if guests notice it, I get there asap and get a refill.

Enjoyed our stay

My wife and I plus our four 25-year old kids/friends throughly enjoyed the house. The house was plenty large enough but we spent all our time on the outside patio and pool area. There is an outside tv and fire table that we used on occasion. We used the bbq a few times. The kitchen was adequately supplied but could use more silverware. Large size clothes washer was a plus. We ran low on propane but the property manager brought some over that day. She was very attentive. Location is a little challenging being off of Tamiami. It was a short drive to Siesta beach. Longer to Lido. We’d stay there again.

Siesta key trip

We really enjoyed the place. Check in was a breeze, place was clean, the pool was nice and heated and we were just 10min to both Siesta key and turtle beaches. Thank you.

Wonderful home

My Mom and I stayed here right before Memorial Day and had a great time. The home was spacious, clean and quiet being on a non-through street neighborhood. While we had an issue with the dishwasher, the owner was very responsive and it was fixed quickly. We would stay here again, thank you!

Family friendly Vacation Home

Amazing house. Better than I expected! Super clean and in a great part of Sarasota. Close to everything. Super convient to get around the area. The pool was very well kept. Check in process was very easy. 10/10 would come back!

Nice house

The house is very nice and in a quiet area. The beds however were very hard. The property owner came out and checked the pool temp and said it was reading 85 but it felt much colder. Regardless though the house is in a very convenient area and was perfect for my 3 year old and 10 month old.

Loved the outdoor living ares

Back bedrooms were very hot while the rest of house was freezing. Beds very uncomfortable. The pool did not stay on long enough to keep it warm for night time use. But other than that was a very beautiful house. The the property manager responded quickly to every message. We did not even use the 2 indoor living rooms we loved sitting in the screened in back porch area. Thank you.

Perfect house for a COVID vacation

Great house! Clean , and well equipped with responsive management and owners. The lanai And “outside living room “were perfect for having dinner with friends outside and distanced . There was even an outside tv which the owners finally got working for us. The only disappointment was the neighborhood. The house is on a very short dead end street which begins at Tamiami trail. We were disappointed not to have a Neighborhood of connected streets for bike rides and walks . It was necessary to go out to the very busy street to have a lengthy ride, and we weren’t willing to do that. We did discovery the Legacy Trail which was about 15 minutes away. Outstanding!!!! On the other hand the street was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Btw the master bedroom bed was super comfy. We had a great two months.
