Tout nouveau! 12/19 La propriété est située sur le sable sur Galt Ocean Drive. Great Tiki Bar, et l'un des meilleurs restaurants italiens autour est situé à l'intérieur du bâtiment. Profitez des sports nautiques locaux, pêche, canotage, shopping. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans la région. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Chambre 1: tout nouveau lit king-size à réglage électrique, grande télévision connectée à écran plat, balcon de la chambre principale. Profitez du lever et du coucher du soleil! Douche de salle de bain en marbre! Vue sur l'océan depuis la fenêtre de la salle de bain.

Let’s start with description, very misleading. Unit faced and sided other buildings and parking lots. The ocean can be seen in the corner of master bathroom window and corner of side patio-ocean behind the building. Newly renovated is false, closets had mold and cracks in paint. No venting in bathrooms, the vents that are in there were covered with nasty dirt and mold. The vents throughout unit were painted over and if you look closely you can see mold was painted over. Water pressure in master horrible. No hot water in master, at best warm for a few minutes.Wi-fi not working. Closets with cleaning supplies and disgusting and moldy-unable to hang clothes in there. Master bedroom lamps, only one works. None of the Windows in entire unit open.No ventilation - vents in bathrooms do not workBroken bed in 2nd bedroom.

Ocean Manor Condo Stay

The room was clean and in a great location. Everything you needed was so close and easy. Communication was excellent as well. Will be staying again in the future.

Highly recommend!

Amazing!! There was 2 leaks and the door lock had an issue but maintenance came within an hour of complaint. Super clean room and great location!

Girls trip

Great stay for 5 girls. There was plenty of room and space. The stay had some beach chairs which made it nice to be able to go down to the beach and not pay for chairs. We did have a small issue with the key information not getting sent initially but it was resolved easily. Would stay again!

Family trip for concert

The property was nice with good location and nice outdoor facilities. The condo itself could use some updating with new blinds and cookware. The filters need to be cleaned throughout and the air conditioning serviced. Overall it worked for us. The owner was nice with early checkin for us.

Great for family getaway

This property was very accomodating for a family getaway. It has everything you need in walking distance. We wish the windows would have been cleaner. We could hardly see out of them. Opening the windows was very difficult.

Great Location, Beautiful Condo

Location, location, location. That's the big draw to this condo. It's right on the beach in Fort Lauderdale though the condo itself faces west primarily. There is a Tiki Bar on the beach and a great Italian restaurant off the lobby. The condo is cheary and very pleasant to the eye. Communication with the owner was outstanding, very responsive. No place is perfect, and there were a couple issues that had to be addressed. The dishwasher had been left damaged and in a state that prevented its use. We reported this to the owner the first night and he took immediate action. Unfortunately, the dishwasher had to be replaced and this could not be accomplished before we left. The second issue was a condensate leak from an air conditioning unit above a closet. This wasn't noticed or reported until just before we checked out, so I'm not sure how this was resolved. It was a relatively minor leak. Areas where there is room for improvement: We found tables to be dusty when we arrived. The washcloths supplied were old and worn. Some hanging blind slats were missing or broken. Exterior of windows needed cleaning (probably a building maintenance issue). None of these items should dissuade anyone from renting, they are the types of issues encountered in any rental. Remember, its' the location that is the key here.

Perfect place that needs TLC

L’emplacement est parfait, tout y est. Par contre, il était écrit que les trois divans dans le salon étaient des divans-lits, ce qui n’est pas le cas. De plus, le divan-lit double n’est pas du tout confortable alors il ne faudrait pas que deux adultes planifient y dormir. De toute la semaine, personne de notre groupe n’a eu une douche chaude. L’eau des douches était tiède, malgré que l’eau des robinets était chaude… La ventilation a un grand besoin de nettoyage, nous recevions des gouttes d’eau directement sur nous. Nous y étions pendant le spring break et il n’y a aucun contrôle dans la bâtisse. Nous avons eu du mal à dormir. Nous étions entourés de groupes qui fêtaient extrêmement tard. En bas à la réception, on s’est fait répondre que l’hôtel était un immense dortoir et qu’ils n’interviendraient pas. Apportez vos bouchons pour les oreilles. Si non, l’emplacement géographique était parfait, la plage magnifique et les commodités parfaites.

The condo was clean and in a fantastic location for a girls long weekend! We were happy with the ample space and comfy livingroom for times where we were just hanging out! We loved the pool and beach - tiki bar was plus with great drinks and good food! Everything we did was 10-15 minutes away, which was perfectly situated for easy uber travel! Thank you for a wonderful escape from the cold!

Great Place

We had a last minute change of plans with our annual girls trip. This condo was available and it worked out great. The owner or manager answered our couple of questions we had in a timely manner. We also got to check in early and check out late. Which we really appreciated. Property was great. Clean and had everything we needed. The beach bar was awesome and all the employees there were so nice. It was a great last minute trip for our group.

Great place and great location

We had a wonderful time at your property - it was right on the beach and the Tiki bar was right on the beach too!! The place was very clean and within walking distance of a grocery store and some restaurants. Highly recommend Casa Calabria. We were not familiar with the lock on the door - but my daughter was - so we didn't have to call the property manager. The only disappointment was - not getting hot water (on demand) in the shower off the king size room. Maybe we needed to wait awhile between showers? There were 4 women in the condo trying to get showers within an hour or two.

Our Stay

My friends and I spent a long weekend at this property. We arrived way earlier than check in and Sarah allowed us to check in 2 hours early. This condo is apart of Ocean Manor hotel which their staff was very nice and allowed us to keep our luggage in a room before we could check in and they even gave us a free cabana by the pool while we waited for the condo to be ready. The hotel pool and bamboo tiki bar are amazing felt like we were on an island. Once we got in the condo we were very surprised how much bigger it looked in person. There was 6 of us and there was more than enough room for our group. The condo was very clean and everything was up to date. The tv and all the appliances looked brand new. The only problem that occurred during our stay was the AC unit was leaking from the ceiling in the bedroom with two Queen beds. Other than that little issue we all enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s property and would definitely rent again!
