this is very beautiful waterfront condo for people vacation place. This is very quiet unit, there is plenty parking space,waterfront swimming pool/hot tub,private fishing pier and elevator. it is very close to shipping mall,great restaurants and beach.

Small. But there. That was the only issue for us. A spot to walk them but its right on the road before the bridge ...no sidewalks... we would have to leave to go somewhere to walk the dogs. Instead of staying there and walking on the streets sidewalk.this caused a bit of inconveniences

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view! It had everything we needed for a two day break from reality. Would recommend staying here.

It’s a wonderful property right on the inlet/harbor. Close to restaurants and stores. If you plan to do any cooking or baking, take your own pans. There’s a limited supply there. You’ll need dish towels also. Other than those two things it’s perfect!

Great Condo

I would have given 4.5 stars but I couldn’t. The only thing that we didn’t like is that they only supply one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper. Had to buy more from Walmart.

This was our second stay at this property and we were just as impressed as we were the first time, if not more.The condo was clean and refreshed. Everything we needed was there including a beach chair to replace the one I forgot to bring. Sitting on the balcony was amazing as the dolphins put on a show for me while I had my morning coffee. Just awesome! I highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

The place was wonderful. Loved being on the waterfront. The view was spectacular. The only issue I found was the water pressure in the shower. Would definitely rent this property again!

We got to the condo at around 10 pm. Our condo was not clean. Trash bags in kitchen and bathroom. Did not flush the commode. 2 small towels were left on the top of sink. Black stain on floor. The clock on the wall does not work. Both of patio chairs were torn. The water pressure from the shower was very low. A couple towels were left in the dryer. We couldn’t adjust a sofa in the living room even we tried to unplug and plug it back several times.We didn’t tell the owner because this will be the last time we stay in this unit.

Family visit

Condo is tried, needs updated, cleaned top to bottom: no fire detector, wet towels, sandpaper sheets, half roll of TP, A/C fithy, went to HD and bought filter, 2 forks, toilet running, worst of all( non working elevator and we were not notified in advance. . Impossible to get our 97 yr old mom up steps.rented 7 times in a year from other iwners.

Great location, great property!

Our family of three plus our small dog stayed at this cute condo for a quick weekend getaway. It was perfect! Close to beaches, great pool, beautiful view from the balcony and located within walking distance to a fabulous restaurant right next door! The host communicated well and, despite a small snafu at check in, they made it up to us by allowing a late check out. The only suggestion I would have is for linens to be provided for the pull out sofa, (there weren't any, but we used our own) which was quite comfortable for a pull out! All in all, it was a great experience and we will rent from this host again!

Great Spot

This is a great little spot for swimming, fishing and eating out. The condo was clean! You may be missing a few extras ....extra toilet tissue, trash bags and paper towels. Be prepared to purchase more. The dishwasher and washing machine are very small. We made drinks and of course we washed towels due to there are only a few. Wu did offer to bring more. Not necessary. My husband and i enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. We purchased a Larger coffee maker and left it behind for the next guest. The little one would have been too cumbersome making multiple pots on the mornings. The door handle fell off a few times and my husband attempted to fix it. It needs work and Wu was willing to send somone out. Again, not necessary but i did let him know. Overall we had a great time!!

Amazing view

Location was perfect, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and heated and never very busy. We would stay at this condo again.
