Oceanfront, construction neuve, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et grande chambre, appartement privé au premier étage de l'ancien chalet de style Nags Head construit à l'origine en 1928 ci-dessus. Belle vue sur la piscine, un aperçu de l'océan et à quelques pas de la plage privée exactement entre 2 accès à la plage publique offrant une plage peu fréquentée. Les vagues de l'océan vous endormissent! Mobilier moderne avec une adorable kitchenette avec DW, cuisinière, micro-ondes et grand réfrigérateur. The apartment was decorated nicely and the easy access to the beach was terrific, the place was clean and extremely well stocked in the kitchen as well as with linens and extra little touches. This was our first stay in Nags Head and we will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was very clean and well cared for. We had everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. Between the wrap around porch areas, backyard, pool, stairway deck, and beach, there were so many places to enjoy our days! We would definitely stay here again!!

This VRBO is, hands down, the best place to stay at OBX. Conveniently located, clean, well stocked with the basic essentials and has a pool! Great value for the price. 10/10, highly recommend.

Great stay!

Not many updated, oceanfront houses with private pool are available for a group of 4, so this is a real find! It was the perfect stay for our small family - great location, clean and nicely decorated, and well appointed.

Amazing location and great for small families. My wife and I traveled with our 2 year old and 5 month old, and this place was perfect. Easy beach access and pool. Beautifully maintained. Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot!

Perfect for family

This was our 3rd time staying here and it has become a little home away from home for our family! My wife and I and our 17 & 14 year old absolutely love visiting here. The unit is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The location is perfect right on the beach, with some restaurants, jockeys ridge, etc in walking range. And I can't say enough about the property owners. Such a great family! 5 stars isn't enough!

Best vacation! The location is ideal and close to many restaurants and a short distance to fun activities for kids, the place is very clean as are the grounds and pool, the host is amazing and easy to work with. Our family loves it so much, this is our third year staying here!

Perfect Spot at the Beach!

We couldn't be happier with our stay! This charming beach flat is new construction that has been furnished with high end finishes and attention to detail. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds are well maintained and it's just a short walk to the beach out the back door. The location was central to several great restaurants, our personal nearby favorite was Blue Moon Beach Grill and after a long day on the beach when we felt like staying in, Nags Head Pizza Company. Don't hesitate to book your stay, you won't be sorry!

My husband and I purchased this cottage in 2012. We owned the Sea Spray Cottages that are directly across the street. John runs those cottages. In 2018-19 we renovated our ocean-front cottage. We knew when we purchased it that we had to replace the pilings and raise the cottage. The 18 month renovation raised the cottage up nine feet and forward towards the road 16 feet. The original upper two floors that we occupy were built in 1928. The lower floor was constructed during the renovation. We have made the lower floor available to guests to rent.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It was across the street from my husband's "work." It is historic and needed preservation as other buyers were looking to demo the house and build the typical mega-cottage to jam folks in for a very expensive week at the beach. We saved the old gal from that fate and have now provided guests with an affordable oceanfront option that is not readily available.

Guests enjoy a brand new space in an old-school shell. The wrap around porch provides guests with an old southern home stay at the beach with direct pool and ocean access.
