This apartment is perfectly appointed and enormously comfortable. The check in was easy and the area is interesting and alive. I would easily stay here again. It is a gem.

The apartment was splendid, it had all the amenities we needed and then some. We were very close to some wine bars and restaurants and a short walk to most attractions. Our host Joana was very accommodating with all our questions and was helpful with some restaurant suggestions.

Joana was very responsive and communicative. They even had the apartment cleaned for us halfway through our stay. It's a lovely apartment in a great location, just 2 blocks from Praca de Comercio.

The apartment is great! Communication with the rental company was fantastic. My only complaint was it was advertised as having air conditioning and it did not!

Lovely property

Very comfortable. Only downside, 3rd floor, all stairs. wish it had air conditioning. We were there the last of June and it was quite warm. We would do it again, in May

Was pretty good there is no elevator so four flights of stairs is hard with luggage and a child and it has no AC would make it nicer

Home away from home in a perfect location

Modern comfortable quite apartment on a third floor (no elevator) with blackout windows. Everything works as intended with no surprises. Bedroom offers one full size bed (might be a challenge for toller people or couples who prefer more spacious beds), I totally enjoyed my solo stay though. There are also a couple of weights for exercising, btw. Hosts are very responsive . Thank you!

Wonderful apartment close to everything.

The apartment was fantastic! Very spacious, clean and well equipped. The apartment is right at the base of the alfama district so walking to major tourist points was quick and easy. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was very quiet at night which was nice. Communication prior to our trip. Was wonderful with quick responses. The only complaint, which is a minor one, is we stayed four nights but we’re only left two sets of bath towels. When I requested additional towels, we were told we had to pay an extra fee. otherwise, a great stay.

Picked this property for its location, and it is great for accessing all of the surrounding neighborhoods of Lisbon. Property is well equipped and maintained, and is very clean. The neighborhood is fairly quiet at night which provided for restful nights of sleep. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues don’t chose this property. I had an issue with not enough hot water during my stay - water would go cold after only 1-2 mins of showering. After 2nd day of having this issue, I located the water heater and discovered it was set to eco mode and temp was set too low, so I adjusted it and had ample hot water on my final day. The property manager should have corrected this prior to my stay in my opinion. Also, they request you to take the trash and recycling outside the unit. The nearest trash receptacle was a block up, and there was no recycle bin. I don’t feel like I should have to pay a daily cleaning fee only to have to deal with finding trash and recycling bins.

Merveilleux

Un magnifique appartement très bien situé avec tous les équipements nécessaires et même plus!! La communication avec l’hôte était facile et simple. 3e étage sans ascenseur et 64 marches, mais avec quelques pauses, c’est faisable (nous avons plus de 60 ans!)Je recommande cet appartement et j’y reviendrai à un éventuel prochain séjour au Portugal
