L'odeur de l'air salin, du sable blanc sucré et des eaux émeraude envoûtantes du golfe du Mexique, offre le refuge bien mérité que vous recherchez.

Cette belle unité au 3ème étage offre 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain complètes, plus une chambre avec lits superposés fermée. La suite parentale dispose d'un grand lit king-size et la salle de bains privative comprend une baignoire à jets et une douche séparée avec double vasque. La première chambre d'hôtes a un lit king avec salle de bain combinée douche / baignoire attachée. L'autre chambre comprend un lit queen-size et possède également sa propre salle de bains privative. Les lits superposés sont dans une petite pièce juste à côté du couloir. Pour votre commodité, il y a une buanderie séparée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

La cuisine offre tout le nécessaire pour préparer un repas maison tout en profitant d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe à travers le mur de fenêtres. Sentez les brises tropicales chaudes pendant que vous profitez d'un moment de calme sur le balcon au bord de l'eau.

Monterey Condominiums, situé à Seacrest Beach, près de la célèbre plage de Rosemary, permet un accès rapide à une variété de boutiques et de restaurants répartis le long de la côte du golfe. Best location! Beautiful stay.

Simply the best vacation spot! Not crowded area and the beach is beautiful!! Loved it all. Only issue entire time was that every night there was loud movement of footsteps and furniture in place above us but I know that can vary and could happen anywhere! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful view with minimal frills

The view of the ocean is amazing but unit is dated and worn. There are absolutely no extras included. There were no beach towels, no salt and pepper, no hangers in closets. You must bring everything. 😞

So great!

We loved our stay at this condo. The place is exactly as pictured. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The walk to the beach is so quick and the heated pool was such a great addition. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $50 using the chair service available on the private beach. Communication with the host was easy and we had everything we needed. We will definitely want to come back on our next 30A trip! Note: if you have small kiddos, be prepared for really bright rooms at 6:30am — if your kids are used to sleeping in a dark room, bring something to put over the windows (foil works well :)

A Fair Stay

Our first day at the resort and the ac was out.We had to call three times to get assistance. Only one person came out to tell us it was frozen and we still have yet to hear back from anyone. There were not enough towels for 7 people...The weather was great along with the ocean..just not the condo. Not a fan. Wouldn’t have been sooo bad had someone helped us out.

First and foremost, we faced ongoing electrical problems throughout the unit. The dryer, in particular, was malfunctioning, and it took two days to dry a load of towels. This meant that my family had to purchase additional towels just to be able to shower, which was an unexpected and frustrating expense.In addition, the master bedroom bathroom had no working lights, making it inconvenient and unsafe. Another issue was the lack of privacy—our neighbors from the floor above could directly see into our room, which was concerning and uncomfortable.The most alarming issue was the cockroach infestation. It started with just one or two, but the problem escalated quickly. Despite informing property management, we were told that pest control wouldn’t be available for another week, which was unacceptable. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to cut our vacation short due to these conditions.I have tried to resolve this issue and get compensation for my trouble but have to resort to file a complaint with Amex

When we arrived the carpets were dark from dirt and stained. They were frayed around every door. The carpets looked as if they haven’t been replaced in 20 years which is very unacceptable for the price and location of the unit. The couch had stains on it which was disgusting and we never felt comfortable to want to sit on it. The table in the dining room was all banged up and the paint has been chipped off. Nothing about this place has been kept up and we will never be back. When bringing this to the companies attention they said it could be cleaned. If I could show photos I would. This carpet could not be cleaned. They offered nothing for this disgusting unit for compensation. This company does not care about the consumers and only about the money. Hope they go out of business

Worst condo ever we rented

Reviewer Comments: I would give minus 5 star for this particular unit .Best location but worst upkeep of the place .Floors Kitchen Bathroom Master bedroom carpets doors outdoor furniture all possibly 30 years old .Bad smell throughout the unit.Main entrance door of unit dirty never painted .Benchmark should not place this unit along with its better properties.We trusted Benchmark as we stayed in the unit above it 6 months ago and it was very well maintained Unit B402.I would not advise anyone to stay in unit B302

You can probably do better

Stayed on 30A for many years in a row and for the price this was the worst value we've had in a rental. Location on the beach in Seacrest and bunk room for two kids is the positive. On arrival I reported a broken refrigerator shelf, broken blinds (cheapest ones on the market btw), nonfunctional jacuzzi tub in the master suite, broken toilet paper holder. Amongst those items the property manager fixed only the toilet paper holder despite multiple calls. Kitchen is poorly configured and appointed - even bad on rental property terms. While you can connect to the wifi, it is essentially nonfunctional as nothing will load on it. We used our phone as hotspot which you have to move toward the entrance to get enough signal to do. There were a total of 3 coffee cups. Elevator gets stuck on floors when door button gets stuck - was an issue for one of our guests who is dependent on the elevator functioning properly.

The location is perfect. Loved the private beach access and pool. Beautiful view from the balcony. Condo was clean, however the carpets are all in desperate need of cleaning or replacing. Great closets in all bedrooms but only 1 hanger. Sofa also has stains. The property has bike racks, but could use additional. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great Vacation Memories

Our fall beak!

We were very happy with Monteray Condos.The only problem was the elevator was closed for renovation,It was hard carrying things when we arrived and when we checked out. Steps going down to the beach area needed some repair.

Good place if you want nothing but beach vacation. Pool was not heated and internet was spotty. Have to drive a few miles to get to any restaurants. Overall nice place.

Monterey Condos does not offer pool heating for their community pool, sorry. We have plenty of other condos that do offer pool heating and would love to assist with finding one next time.
