Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are delighted to hear you had another great stay at The Palms in Seagrove and that the condo was clean, well-maintained, and had everything you needed. We are also glad check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. It means so much to know you thoroughly enjoyed your stay and plan to continue returning. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back again! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for the five stars and for such a thorough review. We're glad the home was clean and comfortable, and that balcony view really is hard to beat. You're right about the stairs. The building doesn't have an elevator and the beach walkover is a good climb, which is a trade-off for being that close to the water. We appreciate you mentioning it, since it helps other guests decide if this is the right fit for them. If you ever come back and want something with easier access, just ask and we'll point you toward a few homes that would work better for the knees. Thank you again for staying with us.

Hi Julie, Thank you for staying with us! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the home clean and comfortable. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon! Best regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay, especially the mildew odor and maintenance concerns with the dishwasher, dryer lint trap, and master bath fan. While we are glad to hear the location met your expectations and that the smell improved by the end of your visit, we understand how these matters affected your experience. Our team has already addressed the odor source, repaired the dryer lint trap, and scheduled service for the dishwasher and bathroom fan to ensure these do not impact future guests.
