xcellent Beach Getaway in Seagrove Beach

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property in Seagrove Beach, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone looking to enjoy sun and sand.The property was impeccably clean upon arrival, which made for a very welcoming start to our vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a big plus for our family as we enjoy preparing meals together.Overall, this property provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We definitely plan on returning for another stay!

Loved it!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The view was terrific. Access to the beach was excellent. Also, the complementary beach chairs and umbrella are an added bonus. Loved it and will probably book again next year! Highlt recommend.

Great condo unit, good location

The unit is very nice, as advertised and shown in the pictures. The view from the balcany is great as well. The building is a bit dated and the location is ok, a bit removed from restraunts and shops which may be a pro or con depending on your preference. It's a quick walk to the beach and chairs are provided. The pool was fine, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Parking was great, plenty of spaces. We would return and recommend it to others.

Great Birthday Staycation

We stayed here for a friend's little birthday staycation. Great location and the front desk was very helpful when checking in and out. The condo itself was very clean and cute and a wonderful view. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we love the area, this particular unit was in need of some repairs and updates. The bathroom door rubs the tile floor and makes it very hard to open or close. The toilets in this unit are very small and low to the ground. They seem like potty training size? The mattresses both seemed new, but super hard and very uncomfortable. The main bed frame was loose or broken and was not very stable. Lastly getting a good spot on the beach has become insane recently. You used to be able to head down around 8-9am and find a set of chairs and umbrella to claim for the day. During our week we saw huge camps setup way before the chairs and umbrellas were setup. People had to have shown up at 6am to stake their claims on the beach, which relegated us to a second row setup daily. These camps were so tightly packed you had to walk a long way around them to actually get to the water. Neighboring properties ban these types of tents and canopies.

Reviewer Comments: The walk to the beach is probably one of the easiest I’ve experienced after staying on 30A for several years. Condo building is old but seems to be maintained. The condo was clean and maintained as well. Having easy access to chairs on the beach was a huge plus and it was never crowded down there. The condo did not appear to be professionally decorated. The couch and chair had 2 sets of covers on them. My biggest complaint are the fans in the bedrooms. The fans and lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night and wake us up... not sure why but it was crazy. Overall, it was good place, would stay there again and Benchmark provided good service.

The unit was clean and well equipped.(Ice maker was empty when we arrived but it did make ice by the next morning) The view is beautiful! We were how ever disappointed in the check in process. We arrived two hours early and even though the unit was ready we were unable to check in unless we paid a 65.00 fee. I would have been happy to pay that if we were able to check in in the morning but for the sake of two hours I thought that was unnecessary. Everything else was wonderful.

After Labor Day Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at BeachCrest 204 after Labor Day. It was a delightful time to visit. The condo however needs updating. The washer/dryer and freezer all had rust. The furniture had blue slipcovers not the way it was depicted in the pictures. We have rented many units in Beachcrest but won't do 204 again. We had to have maintenance come and replace a shade in the Master Bedroom. Additionally the ceiling fan light kept coming on randomly so we couldn't sleep in the Master.

Disappointed

The condo was in a great location as it was easy access to the beach. However, the condo was dirty from the floors which had not been mopped which resulted in our black feet every time we walked on it. The 2nd bathroom had hair stuck on the bottom of the door which caused difficulty opening/closing the door. There was not enough spoons for 4 people, the master bedroom light periodically came on/off throughout the day and night. Maintenance was called twice and they did not fix it. The 2nd bedroom light came on one night and did not go off until we got up and turned it off. This condo needs a deep clean as well as paying attention to detail such as lightbulbs being burned out and it needs to be stocked a bit better. There was one lightbulb out in the 2nd bedroom which they replaced, there was one out over the stove they replaced. The neighborhood is great, but I would never stay at this condo again.
