Adam, the host, had great communication all the way through - provided local recommendations, clear check in and check out instructions, and responded immediately to any questions. The space was amazing and had all amenities. Master bath has heated FLOOR! I need that at home. Great location. We could see the drone show from the rooftop space! It was a family Christmas gathering and Adam set up a tree and other decorations.

Very spacious and comfortable home in the middle of restaurants, breweries, and distillery. A great place to bounce from for all that there is in Denver and the surrounding area! Adam is very accommodating and hospitable!

Amazing rental in an amazing neighborhood

The property was perfect and the RINO neighborhood is such an interesting part of Denver. The pictures tell the story pretty well, but the decor and furniture was simple, but very beautiful, fitting & functional, and was great for a crowd to rest as base camp for Denver adventures!

Great house, great location

Stayed with some friends from college. We're all around 40 years old. We were able to walk to Coors field for a baseball game and there is a ton of stuff to do in the area. Overall, great property and great location.

Had to travel into work without realizing there was a massive conference in town which meant no hotels downtown!! Found this unit last minute and wow, so glad I did. It’s massive and completely decked out with all the amenities you could want. Location was amazing, the communication with the property manager/owner was on point. Just an amazing experience.

Cool, comfortable, and close to everything

We stayed with our kids in this beautifully decorated yet incredibly comfortable townhome for a city getaway. The host was amazingly helpful with a downloadable directory of the property and videos for exactly how to operate the lock codes on the doors. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and the beds were so comfy that no one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. This property was close to everything we wanted to do and had great hang out spaces for the evenings. No one wanted to leave and we would all love to return!

Fantastic and fully stocked

Our stay in RiNo exceeded our expectations. The house was pristinely clean and fully stocked with the essentials -- from coffee and cookware in the kitchen to towels and soap in the bathrooms. Adam's home is wonderful and spacious. We were able to make family meals for 9 adults, take in the view from the rooftop patio, sit comfortably in the lounging space on any of the 3 floors of the house, and take a soak in the hot tub! The neighborhood is very up-and-coming, with several restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries within walking distance. Adam was very accommodating and quick to answer questions/help in any way that we needed. The home has been designed, decorated, and maintained to give guests the most comfortable and carefree stay. 10/10 recommend!

Great place for a large group!

The house was great -- clean, in a great location accessible to lots of interesting neighborhoods and things to do. The area is undergoing a massive development so it doesn't quite have a neighborhood-y feel yet, but it's an excellent location.

Favorite VRBO so far!

It was easy to book, Adam was an amazing host, the home is beautiful and well located close to restaurants, breweries etc, most amazing was how well stocked the home is with basic necessities as well as a handful of food and beverage items well needed and appreciated in morning one! We look forward to coming back and won’t bother to look at other rentals!

Great House & Great Location

The pictures in the listing are exactly representative of the property. The house is large and very nice. The roof was a big differentiator with views of downtown and the mountains. The host was accommodating and quick with all communication. The neighborhood is the perfect place to stay in Denver, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend.

Bachelor Weekend

This was a great location. Easy access to downtown via public transit, bikes, and scooters that were easily accessable nearby. Although, RiNo has a lot to offer and we could have enjoyed the whole weekend without leaving the area. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. The host made everything crystal clear from preparations, to access, to departure. I would recommend this property.

a beautiful and relaxing stay

The house was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very helpful with accomadating our early flight in and late departure and responded to any text within a reasonable time. Overall, it was a beautiful modern house in a great location and only a 5 min walk to the 38th and blake train station which takes you to a variety of stops throughout Denver and gives you the feeling of being in the big city, but also still feels very homey.
