Cette belle unité de coin face au golfe a accès à un balcon enveloppant depuis le salon et toutes les chambres Cette unité est au 4ème étage et dispose de sols carrelés dans tout le salon, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable , laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, Internet sans fil gratuit et un canapé-lit et une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces dans le salon. Le maître a un lit King, une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et une salle de bain principale avec une grande douche à l'italienne carrelée. La 2ème chambre a également un lit King, TV 42 pouces et une salle de bain privée avec une douche à l'italienne. La 3ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen size et d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm.

Le Palms est situé à 7 miles à l'est de l'autoroute 59 à Orange Beach. L'établissement propose une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des courts de tennis, un sauna, un espace de grillades et une promenade avec douche.

Some of the furniture/furnishing are quite outdated & in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of unit was not the greatest. Kitchen is well stocked & has everything needed for meal prep. The Palms property is well kept with plenty of parking.

Comfortable space

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views! Short walk to the beach Only thing I’d ask for is the master bedroom to have a more comfortable mattress or at least a mattress pad. Also a little bit more comfortable pillows! Other than that… we had an amazing stay!

Condo was very nice.

The wrap around balcony was amazing and provided great views from every bedroom. Rooms were large and comfortable bathrooms for each was great.

The beach view was perfect, and I never saw the pool so I can’t give a review of it. The room was not as good as I was expecting. It needs updates on cooking utensils, some furniture in dining room and there was issues when we arrived with air in the plumbing and I saw a few water roaches in the kitchen. There was construction/ remodeling on the building right under us and it was loud at times. I feel we should have been told about the construction and at least given the opportunity to stay there or find a different condo. With the plumbing issue, it was handled but it seems like if the condo had been cleaned before we got there the problem would have been found. The hall bathroom had a smell and tissue left in toliet. Overall this could be a beautiful condo with a little tender loving care given to it. It’s hard to use a skillet without a handle and no hot pads available to assist. With all this being said I would still give this condo a good rating and recommend it but would advise it get a few updates checked closely before new tenants arrive each time.

Thank you for the 4-star review and for staying with Liquid Life. I’m glad the beach view was perfect. I’m sorry the condo fell short of expectations — the cookware and dining furniture need updating, the plumbing issues and visible roaches on arrival were unacceptable, and housekeeping missed items in the hall bathroom. I also apologize we didn’t notify you about the building remodeling; that should have been disclosed so you could choose an alternative. We’ve shared your feedback with our maintenance, housekeeping, and pest-control teams. Maintenance will address the plumbing, replace damaged cookware (including the skillet handle) and add hot pads; housekeeping will perform a deeper clean and reinforce arrival checks; pest control will inspect; and we’ll review the condo’s furnishings and inventory with the owner. We’ll also work with the building to improve communication about any ongoing construction. Thank you for recommending the condo despite these issues — your comments will help us improve for future guests.

Perfect Condo

We had a wonderful long weekend at this condo. The view from the living room allowed us to enjoy the beach when it was too cold and windy for us to be out there. It was very spacious.

Best place ever to stay in

This was a beautiful place that had everything we needed. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm and comforting just like we like it. Each room was beautiful with an adjoining balcony that the ocean can be seen from. We loved the place and we will definitely revisit this property again.

Great view! Perfect for our family!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We loved the view from the balcony. It was very spacious and all 6 of us enjoyed time out there together. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was so relaxing to wake up with a view of the beach from every bedroom! We will definitely be back!
