Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) ne sera pas tenu responsable des clients avec plus de deux véhicules ou des véhicules remorqués en raison de la négligence à utiliser les cartes de stationnement. Le parking est situé en face de l'immeuble Condo. Les clients qui se garent sous l'immeuble en copropriété ou dans des espaces désignés pour les propriétaires (pas de l'autre côté de la rue) seront remorqués aux frais des clients.

Overpriced hovel

Dirty floors, smelly water and towel bar that kept falling. Elevators kept going into and out of service.

The unit can use a little more cleaning. Housekeeping should clean behind & under the furniture. We found a spilled can of soda behind a night stand in the bedroom & bugs were crawling on the huge soda stain. Other than that some of the mugs & plates& pans were not clean enough to use, one bedroom sink was clogged up.

overpriced for what you get

The first night we had no ac, the main door wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t leave, and the balcony doors didn’t work. I stayed up till 3 am cleaning the condo bc it was so dirty . I reached out to management and the ac and keypad was fixed at midnight. They offered the next day to have someone come clean but I had already done it. The beds and living room furniture were really old and very uncomfortable. The best part of this condo would be the ocean view but we were unable to use the balcony doors for the entire week bc they had to order a new track. I asked for a refund for all the problems on my first nights stay which is still pending.

Thank you for your review, Tara. We are sorry you experienced these issues during your stay. Our after-hours agent did manage to get someone out the same night for the door lock issue and the AC. We sent multiple people from maintenance out to look at the balcony doors. They did say the door in the bedroom needed a new track but the living room door still opened rather easily. If a refund is necessary our management team will typically approve those after departure and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to be seen in your account. Again, we are sorry you experienced these issues and we hope we can make this up to you should you decide to stay with us again. Thanks!

Dirty condo, horrible after hours check in, terrible for the money.

We got to the place it was like a scavenger hunt trying to find the place to check in via Google maps... Not their fault, but annoying. After finding the place to get the keys, what I thought were room keys were just access keys to the complex/pool, the room itself required an access code which was not in the packet. I had to contact a late night emergency number for them to text me the room access number, all this while we both had to pee extremely bad. When we got in, I replied to text about not getting access to the room. I was replied to with something about being prompted to download an app, and all the information was there... I never found an app. Then my girlfriend and I went to wipe down the surfaces in the place and the wipe she used on the counter turned black. They have a tank water heater...so you can run out of hot water pretty easily..... and there was only a half a roll of tp in one bathroom.. While some of my complaints seem a bit petty, I PAID ALMOST $1200 TO STAY TWO NIGHTS, I AT LEAST EXPECT SOME DEGREE OF CLEANLINESS, AND A WHOLE ROLL OF TP PER CAN. Just go to the nearest Motel 6, they'll leave the light on for you.
