10e Ă©tage, 2 chambres | Front du Golfe avec petit gril

Ce 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain FRONT DE GOLFE au Sabine yacht Club arrive bientĂŽt!

Les propriétaires remplacent les canapés du salon par un grand canapé sectionnel fin février 2020. 

Inclus à l'intérieur: Ce condo a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et commodités de démarrage.

Nous aimons beaucoup Sabine - les vues sont tout aussi spectaculaires et absolument sereines.   La plage est juste de l'autre cÎté de la rue. Il y a une douche à rincer à l'entrée de la propriété sur le chemin du retour.

Sabine est Ă  0,9 miles de la promenade de Pensacola Beach pour le shopping et les restaurants. Pourquoi ne pas profiter des courts de tennis ou du coin barbecue / salon extĂ©rieur sur la propriĂ©tĂ© pendant que vous y ĂȘtes? 

Il y a aussi un accĂšs pour mettre un bateau dans la baie et ancrer ou garer votre remorque.

Perfect location

STUNNING VIEWS throughout the entire condo! Pictures do not do this place justice, the view is amazing. The hosts thought of so many little things that I haven’t experienced else where and it was so nice! We went to the grocery store, and the kitchen had whatever pot/utensil needed for a variety of meals. Also BIG PROPS for plasticware as a mom of kiddos! The king bedroom had a nice box fan, and the beds were so comfortable it made me sad to go back home to mine. Would stay here again!

Great location! Short walk to the beach and we even walked to dinner a couple of nights. This condo was perfect for our family vacation and the check-in was super convenient! We will definitely be back!

Just right!

Property was as described and just right for our group. Kitchen well stocked and there was a great view. We did have a small mechanical problem during our stay, but the management company responded quickly and worked diligently towards a resolution. I would stay here again!

The unit was great. Clean. Had just enough towels for 6 of us girls. The deck/view was GORGEOUS. Views from every room. Getting to the beach was a little bit of a walk or a short drive. So not too inconvenient. The beach was not crowded at all where we went down towards the peg leg Pete’s direction. There is a board walk right there. There were also PLENTY of nice beach chairs in the unit for those of us that didn’t bring any. The blender did not work in the kitchen. But other than that, the place was perfect. Would def stay again hands down! It’s Also walking distance to the sand shaker!

Stay. The family enjoy the beach and pool. The balcony overlooking the gulf the kids eat out there daily. Family did mention above them work began with drilling at 8am. No sleeping in....Rather unhappy after a long day of travel....Might want to change hours for work on other condos ...

Awesome ocean view condo

First time in Pensacola and loved it. We loved the condo building location, the actual condo, and the view. Full balcony overlooking the ocean on the 10th floor. The building was very quiet and clean. We did not use the pool because the weather was chilly but the area was well maintained and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and up to date. We had all the utensils, plates, pans, and coffee makers we needed. Can’t wait to rent again! Thank you Beach Bum!!

Our stay was just perfect! The view was heavenly! The place & view looked exactly as pictured on vrbo! Check-in so easy! Exceptional response from staff in regards to small issue we had with the bathroom sink. Maintenance was there in less than 30 minutes from the text sent! Beach right across street! Perfect location for a family to stay. Quiet & relaxing! Even got to see the blue angels homecoming & practice day! Our only wish was that the pool was heated. Would definitely recommend & go back! Thanks for a perfect week😊

Stunning place.

My first reaction when I walked in was a small gasp at the view!! The condo was awesome. It was everything I hope it would be. My only quirk and it’s a tiny one, is to have to pay to do laundry. I thought it was free in light of the rate and it wasn’t mentioned otherwise. AGAIN, a very small inconvenience to run back up for change. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved loved loved it!!!

Inaccurate Description

The condo was very clean. The view is nice. Beds are comfortable. The negative: NO washer and dryer in the unit as advertised. NO direct beach access, even though I inquired prior to booking and was told there was access due to an easement across the street. Very few towels provided and you have to PAY to wash them in the laundromat on the ground floor. If you like to walk 1/4 mile to access the beach and pay to wash your laundry, you might like this place.

Thank you, Trinka. We do not advertise the condo with a washer & dryer. In our description, we do say it does not have one. Maybe because the property has a laundry area, there's confusion? Normally, guests can walk to the beach via the Holiday Inn Express across the street, however, that's under construction at this time. Just past that is the public boardwalk. As for towels, there are at least 4 per bathroom. We do hope you host you in the future...maybe in one of our Gulf-front units? Thank you for choosing Beach Bum BB Vacations.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views from every room were truly picture perfect. The unit is spacious and beds are very comfortable. Does show some signs of age—most noticeable in bathroom showers, which could use some updating. While we were assured they were of no structural concern, there is a large diagonal crack in the primary bedroom ceiling and additional hairline cracks in the ceilings of second bedroom and living area which could be a bother to some. Cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by the BB team. Kaylin was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind and responsive to all inquiries and arranged for Denise and Jordan to resolve a minor issue promptly and thoroughly. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained like the rest of the common areas. Overall good value for location and would rent from BB Luxury Vacation Rentals again.
