This is an excellent location, just around the corner from the Royal Mile. 2 couples stayed very comfortably. So nice to be able to do laundry and cook a meal.

We had a comfortable stay at this apartment. The floors, bathrooms, and bedding were all clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The sofa was not what was shown in the images and was pretty worn out. The whole apartment is in need of a deep clean as evidenced by the dirt on the door frames and walls and under the sofas. Important to note is one bathroom doesn't have a shower head (other reviewers have mentioned) and the dryer isn't conventional so it will take a very long time to dry your clothes. There is a drying rack we made use of but it also took longer than usual as the apartment is a little damp.Communication was good. It's a great location. However, for the price, we would not stay again.

Great place and great location. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more. Easy walk to the Royal Mile. We traveled light, and just walked to the VRBO from the train station.

Had a great stay, place was clean and easy to find. Location was fantastic and such a great price for where you were, everywhere was a walk away! Host was really responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of everything in Edinburgh. The property was spotless and is very homey, and the host was very responsive and made our whole process smooth.

Accommodations were spacious and homey. Kitchen had everything you would need and living area was a nice place to relax after long days. Easy walking to everything we did in Old Town. Would highly recommend.

Hadh everything we needed including some basics like coffee, teas and creamer for easy first day. Very clean and great location for the Royalty Mile, we walked everywhere and easy fast, train to send half a day in St. Andrew's highly recommend it!!

Perfect little spot close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in thin little Edinburgh apartment. It was an easy walk to most of the sites on our list of things to see, but far enough away to allow you to leave the crowds behind. It was a great place to start and stop our days.

Great location - walkable to several points of interest and any public transport/bus tours. The property was clean, spacious and the instructions for check in/out very easy to follow. Would seriously consider staying here again for a future trip. Had a question for the host who was very gracious and fast in responding as well.

Very good location for travelling to all areas of Edinburgh. Comfortable lounge area which we used to stay out of the rain!! Really well equipped kitchen and overall an great place to stay.

Wonderful location and property

We stayed here for several days and it was the perfect spot. Great location, conveniently located to the Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat and Holyrood. Great location and so easy to access everything you want. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

Excellent location

All the facilities we needed - a very pleasant stay. Rather dark lighting and furniture functional rather than smart but overall we were very happy and would book there again.
