Cette maison de ville a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment construite il y a 2 ans. Tous les BR sont Ă  l'Ă©tage - maĂźtre avec salle de bain principale privĂ©e, BR 2 a un lit superposĂ© double, BR 3 et 4 ont des reines, 2e salle de bain complĂšte. Cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salon tous en bas. TĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans toutes les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage et grand Ă©cran au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec table de jeu de palets de 12 pieds. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les trucs de haute qualitĂ© pour ceux qui aiment vraiment cuisiner. La plage est Ă  seulement quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons Ă  l'est que vous pouvez marcher, mais il vaut mieux monter quelques rues pour traverser la 3Ăšme rue qui peut ĂȘtre trĂšs occupĂ©e en direction du nord et du sud Ă  travers la ville. Il y a aussi un barbecue Ă  gaz et une cour clĂŽturĂ©e. L'emplacement est gĂ©nial car il est juste assez proche de tous les restaurants, bars et magasins amusants pour un accĂšs facile / Ă  pied mais juste assez loin pour ne pas avoir Ă  faire face au bruit ou Ă  la foule.

Kat is an amazing host! My family spent a month in her fabulous home filling our time with many walks to the beach with our dog, countless rounds of shuffleboard, a great space to cook and enjoy, and privacy for everyone. Her warm touches to the home and gracious hospitality ensure future stays. The location is fantastic, the host is fantastic, and the home is fantastic!

The property is very nice and comfortable and very close to the beach. The best part I have to say is the host. Kat was very friendly and super helpful. The lock with code had a low battery, so she sent a signal immediately that unlocked the door for us and had the battery changed very quickly. She was so accommodating and easy to talk to. The place is beautiful in a great safe location. We walked a few blocks to restaurants and bars on the beach and the grocery store, Publix was a 3 minute drive and you didn't have to get on the main road.. I would most definitely book this property again.

Perfect Stay

This townhome was perfect for our stay at JAX Beach. My wife had surgery so we needed something close to the surgical center and a nice quiet place for her to recover. We got both in this rental and also had room for some family and friends to visit in comfort. The furnishings and decor were excellent and the shuffleboard table was a big hit. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Jacksonville.

Property was perfect and just as described. Location was excellent with quick access to the beach or nearby Jax Beach restaruants, etc. Kat (property manager) was super helpful and quick to respond, house was fully stocked and even had bottled water in the fridge ready! Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!!!

Amazing Place Near the Beach

We had a great stay @ this spacious 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome. Walk to local grocery and quiet restaurants. Beach was just a few blocks away. Kat was so awesome to connect with and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here as we will definitely do again!

I stayed with my brother and my parents for Mother's Day weekend. The place is fantastic with wonderful interior designs. We loved using the indoor shuffleboard, especially on a rainy day when you can't get to the beach. The half bath downstairs is so convenient and all of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the house and plenty of room to easily park two cars. Host was friendly, quick to respond to questions and extremely generous. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Only 5 streets from the beach! Nestled a short walk away from the popular places in Jacksonville Beach. A short 1.5 mile bicycle ride or Uber to Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach 3 miles.

Large corner lot with lots of parking. 5 streets (5 min walk) to the beach. Still quiet and peaceful away from the action though! This has frequently been a family holiday and vacation home due to the size, layout, and affordability in proximity to the beach compared to getting several hotel rooms.
