💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

Each bedroom is designed as a restful retreat, featuring plush memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, blackout blinds, luggage racks, generous storage, and Smart TVs for winding down after a day at the beach. Bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods bath products, hair dryers, and essential toiletries so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

The spacious primary suite overlooking the pool features a king bed and a private ensuite bath with a soaking tub, a tastefully tiled walk-in shower with a rainwater showerhead, a double vanity, and an oversized walk-in closet.

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).



📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
