Bayside Retreat...The perfect, relaxing destination retreat for your Florida family beach vacation. Enjoy this bayside gem, with heated pool, hot tub, private boat dock and near Bonita Beach public access. This four bedroom, three full bathroom has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances directly off of the spacious living room and dining area. Sizable screened-in deck area for watching the sunset off of the bay. Enjoy fishing off the private boat dock or just relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the majestic bay as dolphins play right in your backyard. Equipped with gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

the house was perfect for me, daughter, son-in law and 3 grandchildren. Very clean, great location, nic property with pool and bayside views.Most notably, the property manager was outstanding. Has a few minor issues that were addressed immediately and, really, above and beyond expectation. You will enjoy this property and the service provided I have no doubt.

Great stay!

Close to beach. Able to walk. Supplied a lot of amenities for beach. My son loved the paddle board. Base supplies such as salt pepper, paper towels, dish soap etc. would definitely return. So much to do including the fantastic pool and spa.

The house was very clean and plenty big for our girls trip of 5. I would say the house is in need of some updating. The knife block needs to be replaced as all knives are dull. A newer frying pan would be nice. One of the coffeemakers leaks all over the counter when used. Many of the chairs on the screened in porch have holes and are broken in the rattan. The covers are dirty or stained and some cushions have no cover. There were no instructions in the book regarding how to turn on the hot tub. That being said the host was quick to respond and help out. The ice maker in the main kitchen stopped working after 2 days, however the fridge on the lower level had a working Icemaker. Some light bulbs were burned out. Overall, I’d say the owner needs to pay a little more attention to the home. House cleaners do a great job and host is responsive and pleasant. Pool area is very nice. Walking distance to beach and driving distance to restaurants.

Beautiful home at our favorite beach! Short walk to the beach (Beach Access #5) and had lots of beach items to use (wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, floats) even though we also brought our own. Having our own private pool was perfect for enjoying after a morning at the beach. The only downside was it was very dirty when we arrived (algae all over the bottom of the pool and the water was very cloudy). Someone did come a clean it the day of arrival and next morning and it did get much, much better. Towards the end of our stay the algae and cloudy water started to return. The house itself was perfect for 10 people (6 adults and 4 children). The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals in. The screened in porch upstairs was perfect for enjoying meal and reading. Overall, we really loved our stay and are likely to return! Thank you for sharing your home!
