This lovely 1st floor townhome with golf course views is located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation. Decorated in lovely pastel shades, high-end finishes and new wood flooring.

Enjoy a short bike ride, a leisurely walk, or quick drive to the beach. This villa has a large private community swimming pool located next to 6 free tennis courts. The pool and tennis courts are located next to a beautiful 5-acre lake with a gazebo. Shipyard Plantation is all intertwined by the beautiful Shipyard Golf Course.

It's a nice place to stay with the dogs. Quiet neighborhood near a golf course. No carpets - easy to clean. Also I like the kitchen that equipped very well.

Great stay for guests with dogs. Not only were dogs “allowed”, the home was very welcoming for them. Open space inside was nicely decorated. Great neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. Tennis courts were great (pickleball courts as well). Easy walk to beach. Hope to stay there again!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this property, we choose to do a destination Thanksgiving celebration and brought some of our own pots and pans. However when we got there we were so surprised and just how well stocked this property was. I normally don’t do Vrbo or Air B&B, but staying in this place has totally changed my mind. I would recommend this property to anyone interested. Close to shopping and major thruways. We just were so pleased about everything. If I ever come back I’ll choose the exact same place.

Such a lovely home! Comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed - even down to dog beds and leashes! Communication with the host was amazing. Easy check in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it!

Check in was super easy. There was a pass for us at the gate and we were able to go straight to the house. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We only cooked breakfast but had everything we needed.

This property is located in the Shipyard-great location. There's tennis courts, pool, golf course, trails for biking or walking and the beach is very close. The condo's layout is great, all on one floor and the bedrooms are situated so that they're not on top of each other. The deck is a good size, part of it is covered if you don't want direct sunlight and part of it is open. Condo is tastefully done. The owner was very generous/flexible with move-in and move-out times and amazing communication skills. I highly recommend this property and plan on staying there again. There's a great restaurant minutes away-Ombra Cucina Italiania. The Salty Dog Cruise boats are worth doing.

Close to Sonesta with dedicated beach parking and pet friendly. Clean, spacious inside and out, and many amenities. Owner is excellent communicator and was super to work with. Happy to stay here again!
