Panama City Beach is where you can find our beautiful ocean-view two-bedroom getaway. You'll be steps away from the pristine white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Recently renovated and furnished. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and keep up with laundry using the in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gas grill and outside dining furniture provided on private deck.

Venture out to nearby St. Andrews State Park, just a 5-minute drive away, or short walk down the beach for hiking, swimming, and wildlife spotting. Back at the home, soak up the ocean views from the balcony or relax on the beach loungers with a good book. Families will appreciate the outdoor play area and the baby gate and travel crib provided upon request.

With all the comforts of home and the beauty of the Florida coast, this vacation rental is the perfect escape for your next beach getaway.

Such a wonderful clean place and Great Location

We stayed here for 9 nights, it was a wonderful, clean, and spacious property! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of sleeping space and the location was perfect!

Host was quick to respond to a couple minor problems. Home is beautiful and host provided immediate needs wonderfully, so we did not have to rush to the store. Views and beach access unbeatable.

Beautiful townhouse. Great location to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. It’s was great to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. Really enjoyed walking off our deck directly on the beach. Owner was quick to respond and check in with us.

We were a bit shocked at first to discover that the townhouse was just a few doors down from the house damaged from the 1/2024 tornado (it is leaning on the houses next to it)..... BUT it would NOT discourage us from staying here again. It was clean, nicely appointed, and the location, oh my, it was perfect.Inside was beautiful and we loved being steps away from the ocean. Would stay here again!

Came to visit family and escape the snow in MN. Perfect location- steps from the beach made life easier to tow kids to and from. Having an ocean view was great- especially at sunset! Loved that it was a quiet area - yet had some fun just walking distance for food and drinks. Space inside was cozy and clean.

Beautiful Beach Front House

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Jessica was great and always there to help when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

This property is beautifully decorated with all top of the line amenities. It is exceptional and every detail was impressive. The hosts were always available when needed and very friendly. Highly recommend.

This townhome was amazing!! So clean and well decorated. Everything we needed was there. We have 3 teenagers and an 8yr old and all 4 of them fit comfortably in the second bedroom. Plenty of toiletries were provided. We of course brought some extra of some items as other units we have stayed never had enough but I did not have to use them! I can't repeat enough how clean the unit was. Parking was good. Neighborhood was quiet. You are right next to the towers which was kinda noisy at night but honestly it was nice listening to the kids laugh and enjoy the pool/beach. There was double red flags so we only got to enjoy the water two times. There are 2 chairs and umbrella service provided which is a huge bonus so you aren't trecking them up and down stairs every morning and night. We would wake up each morning and make the 10k steps down to the pier and back finding handfulls of great shells and sand dollars. We did enjoy Pier Park but about 30 min away because of heavy traffic. Schooners is literally a 1 minute walk from front door... for us it was way over priced for a dinner ($400 for 6) but was nice for happy hour or drinks/appetizers while on the beach. Overall this place was amazing and Jessica the owner was the best to work with. She would respond very quickly to any questions we had. Stop scrolling through other listings and book this unit for sure!!

This house was great for our family of four. On the quiet end of PCB away from car traffic and loud music and the house had plentiful bath and pool towels, games and beach toys. I could watch my 5 year old play in the sand just steps from the back deck of the house while my infant napped upstairs. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in deck and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off salt and sand after a long day at the beach! We can’t wait to book another stay at this home.

We were stationed in Panama City Beach from and fell in love with the area. When it came time to retire and select our forever home, Panama City Beach was our instant first choice. We love the sugar white beaches and the welcoming patriotic community. Whether you prefer golden sunrises or a scenic sunset stroll, there is always something to be said about that feeling you get with your toes are buried in the sand and salty air awakens your senses. For us, it's relaxation at its best.

We love hosting families – especially when extended families can visit together. Seeing others enjoy our community is something that brings us joy. We take pride in our properties to ensure they are clean, well-stocked with everything you need to help you enjoy your vacation and travel lighter and relax.

This townhouse is DIRECTLY on the beach! We love being able to take quick breaks from the sun/surf to just walk up and grab a bite to eat or cool off. The neighborhood has several restaurants within walking distance and it's just down from St Andrews State Park. This is a very family friendly area and less beach traffic. The patio features an outdoor table with seating for six, great for alfresco dining. After an afternoon at the beach, come back to spritz yourself clean under the outdoor shower

We try to provide all that you will need so you can travel lighter and enjoy your time together.

All our homes are on the south side of Thomas Dr – which means that families do NOT have to cross any busy roads to get to the beach.

TWO of our properties are DIRECTLY on the beach and in close proximity of one another.

ONE is directly across the street from beach access #5.

Three of our properties are the third house from the beach access.

All our homes are fully furnished and have well stocked kitchens for family meals.

We provide all linens to include beach oversized towels!

All single-family homes have wagons to carry wee-ones, coolers, or chairs to the beach.

All properties provide a beach chair service that puts out AND takes down two chairs and an umbrella for you each day. There are also additional chairs at the properties to help you travel lighter.

All properties have gas grills.

All properties have ample parking.
