NOUVELLE LISTE!! Cabanes pittoresques nouvellement construites situées sur River Road entre les 2e et 3e traversées de la rivière Guadalupe à New Braunfels. Cet endroit est célèbre pour ses tubes… nous sommes au-dessus des «chutes». C'est votre maison loin de chez vous. Détendez-vous sur le pont pour prendre tous les sites et les sons du Texas Hill Country, ou préparez-vous pour une balade en tube amusante sur la rivière. La location de métro est accessible à pied. Cette cabine n'a pas d'accès direct à la rivière, si vous louez des tubes de Mountain breeze à seulement 150 mètres, ils vous fourniront un bracelet qui vous permettra d'utiliser leur accès direct à la rivière. Le "Winecup Cabin" est juste à côté et peut accueillir 6 personnes, donc si vous avez besoin d'un hébergement pour 12 personnes ... c'est l'endroit où il faut être !! Il y a une 3ème maison sur cette propriété "Red Barn" qui peut accueillir 14 personnes. Si vous louez les 3, vous pouvez accueillir 26 personnes!

Cette cabine confortable dispose d'un espace salon / salle à manger / cuisine ouvert. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. Il y a une table à manger pour 6 personnes, un futon et un lit gigogne (le salon peut accueillir 4 personnes). Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale. Salle de bain complète avec un combo baignoire-douche. TV satellite, lecteur DVD et Wi-Fi gratuit.

PAS DE FÊTES, PAS D'ANIMAUX, PAS DE FUMEUR! Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement pendant toute la durée du séjour. Cette maison a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité de jour n'est autorisé.

La maison est idéalement située à 15 minutes du centre-ville de New Braunfels, du parc aquatique historique de Gruene et Schlitterbahn. Le shopping est à seulement 20 minutes à la sortie des centres commerciaux de San Marcos. Les attractions à proximité de San Antonio incluent l'Alamo, la Fiesta Texas et le célèbre San Antonio River Walk, à seulement 30 minutes. Vous êtes également à 45 minutes en voiture de la capitale de l'État d'Austin, et tout ce qu'elle a à offrir. À New Braunfels, vous ne manquerez jamais de choses à faire!

I was pleasantly surprised how large the kitchen area was and the AC kept us very comfortable in the extreme heat. Nice to get out of the sun and cool off when we needed to. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again....but next time will need a bigger cabin!

Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was good, ac worked great (In March), plenty of hot water, but the WiFi was unusable, they also charge out almost $250 in fees not sure why they charge a cleaning fee if they expect you to clean up everything even the grill if the place is not spotless they charge an additional $50. Last but not least the location. Other than the tubing spot nothing else is within walking distance. It’s basically a 2 way street where everything is private or reserved, even if you drive your car there’s really no where to park unless you reserved that spot .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at Moo-cow cabins the majority of 10 years. This past July I paid $1300 to float two days at the river. Noticing that with a three night stay they offer a free night I was never offered this and one called the question it still was not offered it. Are used to just deal with the owner Terri Wade But this new company, no thank you. Plenty of other places with river access for much cheaper

Great cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was quaint and the email check-in process was flawless. All appliances worked well and plenty of towels for all six of us for a couple of days. The only complaint is that the campgrounds directly next to the cabin, Mountain Breeze Campgrounds, was having an Urban Music event on the same weekend and played loud music and DJ until 3AM on Friday and Saturday nights which was extremely loud in the cabin and did not give the normal feel of "getting away to the river". I understand that the cabin is owned by a different company, but I highly suggest communicating these events with suggestions of purchasing ear plugs for better sleep (or even better, to include as an amenity on occasions like this). The noise level throughout both afternoons and evenings put a big decline in our stay but we like the overall cabin, layout, and location which is why I still rated it very high.
