Grace Landa est un magnifique condo d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain et demi situĂ© Ă  Waterwheel Conominiums sur la riviĂšre Guadalupe! À distance de marche du centre-ville de New Braunfels et Schlitterbahn et Ă  seulement 3 miles de Gruene historique. Ce magnifique condo est entiĂšrement meublĂ© avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin d'avoir des vacances reposantes! Profitez des belles vues du salon ouvert / cuisine! La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. La grande chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size et il y a un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. La chambre dispose d'une salle de bain avec une douche accessible aux handicapĂ©s et il y a un autre demi-bain idĂ©alement situĂ© dans le couloir. Des draps de haute qualitĂ© sont fournis pour tous les lits et les bains. Descendez vers la riviĂšre ou visitez Rockin 'R juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© pour faire la navette vers la riviĂšre Comal ou la riviĂšre Guadalupe et passez la journĂ©e Ă  flot! Les promenades Rockin 'R River prendront place juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et pourront amener les invitĂ©s Ă  flotter le fleuve Comal ou la riviĂšre Guadalupe entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute rĂ©servation en dehors de ces dates, la boutique se trouve Ă  seulement 0,7 km. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines, 4 bains Ă  remous, des barbecues au charbon et une grande quantitĂ© de bel espace vert ouvert avec des arbres ombragĂ©s. C'est un endroit parfait pour un pique-nique! Ce condo est au troisiĂšme Ă©tage et dispose d'un ascenseur pour un accĂšs facile. Pour effectuer une rĂ©servation, vous devez ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© de 25 ans ou plus et sĂ©journer Ă  l'Ă©tablissement. Animaux interdits. Vous recevrez 2 laissez-passer de stationnement et 4 bracelets (montant maximum autorisĂ©).

** PASSANTS ET PASSES DE STATIONNEMENT REQUIS *** Ces condos sont des propriĂ©tĂ©s individuelles et les propriĂ©taires permettent gracieusement de louer et de profiter de leurs "rĂ©sidences secondaires"! Le HOA du complexe avait dĂ©fini des rĂšgles visant Ă  garantir Ă  tous les rĂ©sidents du complexe de passer un moment merveilleux. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problĂšmes d'intrus. Les gardes de sĂ©curitĂ© sur les lieux sont lĂ  pour s’assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent sur les places de stationnement appropriĂ©es. Ne soyez pas offensĂ© par les politiques concernant les bracelets de stationnement et les cartes de stationnement, ils sont vraiment lĂ  pour vous faire passer un moment fabuleux!

I booked this place so that my family could enjoy Schlitterbahn on Spring Break. When we arrived, we discovered that Schlitterbahn is not even OPEN Spring Break. Although its not their job to tell me that, it would be a decent courtesy to add to communication.

Hidden gem just in the right spot

We loved our stay! The condo was a little dated but had everything we needed and was the perfect location. We could have absolutely done a starcation with the river being so accessible and the best little spot!

While the location was nice, the cleanliness of the condo was severely lacking. The shower had mold/mildew and a noticeable odor. The silverware was dirty, and there were ants all over the kitchen. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Quick vacation change

Had to change vacation plans quickly due to a hurricane. Found this place. Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Property itself was clean and as advertised. We would stay here again.

Awesomeness

Really enjoyed our stay and the friendly people we met. Of note, the small bathroom off the kitchen. The toilet continued to run of the handle was not pulled back up. And the bright lights on the walkway outside the bedrooms are too bright. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

This was a great location for a float trip. We were able to take a cab to the float rental, and then walk back to the unit at the end of the float.

This condo was in a PERFECT location! Within walking distance to Schlitterbahn, and Landa park. It was an hour float from the park to the entrance of the condo at the river! Condo was clean, and easy access/check in.

Wonderful!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean and exactly what we needed. A little too far to walk to Schlitterbahn for our littles but SUPER close. Great amenities with the pools and hot tubs!

Would definitely recommend this condo especially with this leasing management who strives to make sure your stay is as wonderful as you want it to be!!

wonderful weekend

The only downside was that at 10pm, the pools basically became a water-filled night club. The rules say no loud noise after 10 pm, but that is definitely not enforced. Other than that, the stay was lovely.
