Oasis Ă  la plage! Toute nouvelle maison vient de terminer et conçue pour ĂȘtre une location de vacances non modifiĂ©e pour en ĂȘtre une. Spacieux 4 chambres accueillant 2 suites de maĂźtre en bas accompagnĂ©es de plafonds de 9 'tout au long du premier Ă©tage, y compris le grand salon qui donne sur la salle Ă  manger, la salle de bain pour invitĂ©s, le bar, la cuisine du chef et Ă©ventuellement les portes du porche arriĂšre, de la pergola, du coin grill, du pavĂ© patio et piscine 10x20 avec cour entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e.

De retour Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, revĂȘtements de sol en vinyle de luxe dans toute la maison, pas de tapis! lorsque vous montez la fenĂȘtre Ă  imposte Ă©clairĂ©e, votre escalier vous accueille avec un salon secondaire et une salle de bain complĂšte. De chaque cĂŽtĂ©, vous trouverez des chambres avec un plafond voĂ»tĂ© avec des extrĂ©mitĂ©s en forme de pignon. une chambre a un lit king et l'autre a 2 lits jumeaux construits, parfait pour une famille d'avoir le 2Ăšme Ă©tage complet avec 2Ăšme salon pour les enfants.

La maison est merveilleusement aménagée pour deux, voire trois familles, avec leurs propres enfants. Le concept est que les parents obtiennent les chambres principales et que les enfants disposent des chambres à l'étage et du deuxiÚme salon.

Dehors, allĂ©e pavĂ©, escaliers, porches, patios pour accrocher lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas Ă  la plage privĂ©e moins de 200 pieds Ă  travers une allĂ©e boisĂ©e, isolĂ©e et presque majestueuse Ă  travers les chĂȘnes.

3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la riviĂšre accueillant de magnifiques couchers de soleil panoramiques et de la pĂȘche.

La maison est située au bout d'une rue, il n'y a donc pas de danger d'excÚs de vitesse. Un environnement trÚs sûr pour créer des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie.

Exploité par le propriétaire, construit par le propriétaire, et nous vivons à quelques pùtés de maison pour les petites attentions qui rendent nos propriétés uniques. C'est notre quatriÚme dans la région et nous pouvons réagir trÚs rapidement à tous vos problÚmes.

It was easy access to EVERYTHING! St. Augustine, the island, the beach was steps away. This was our girls vacation so my best friend and I flew in from Colorado for a getaway - for a week. My mom and sister still.live in florida and it made it easy for them to stay the night in the 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The large dining table made it really easy to have some of our family over for a long over for family dinner and a walk on the beach. The pool was perfect for floating, not really a swim type pool but made it easy to cool off when we didnt want to cross the street. It was very private and quiet. Host was responsive, though we didnt have questions or the need to contact, other than one mishap with a wine glass, communication was easy if it was needed. Beautiful property - would recommend and would stay here a second time if Vilano is the destination.

We hosted a family gathering for an extended weekend, and this home was perfect! Many memories were made featuring short walks through a convenient path that led to breathtaking sunrises on the beach and afternoons relaxing in the backyard pool, followed by games and stories around the table. Plenty of sleeping options for our group, with very comfortable beds. We hope to do again in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to return to this home. The owner was also very responsive to my many questions, which made it easy to coordinate details with my family. We are most appreciative.

Pros: - This was our second time staying here and the location was perfect. - Plenty of space for each person and large full baths.- Pool was fantastic - Washer and dryer- Beach suppliesCons:- Amenities in the kitchen were sparse: no spices, minimal place settings, no tin foil, Tupperware, plastic wrap etc. - No cleaning supplies - One hair dryer for 9 people- Questionable stains on the mattress covers- Sparse bath supplies Overall: great place to stay with most of everything you need. However, for the price I expected a higher level of amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen and more bathroom supplies.

Great getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house is clean, each room is spacious, the pool is a great addition to a hot day and the location is in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the beach. We love this area of Vilano Beach. It is a residential neighborhood so once you cross over to the beach it is not as busy as other areas where there are public parking areas. You do have to cross over A1A which gets pretty busy, however, our kids are older so that is less of a worry. The house is so close to several great restaurants. Reef, Caps, Aunt Kate's and Beaches are a few of our favorites. Owners responded quickly to our one question when we arrived so our stay was smooth.Thank you for another great stay!

Jess & Jody,We absolutely loved staying at your place. I watched it being decorated on Instagram and thought “One day I will stay there”! And I did! Such a well appointed home to vacation in. Excellent Stay!

We were a group of two families, we each had a bedroom and our kids had bedrooms. Perfect amount of bathrooms and spaces for each family to have their time and all gather together. Neighborhood was nice, our kids rode bikes in the road and played games! The pool was a huge hit and our kids played for hours! Loved having a grill and an outdoor space for eating. When we walked through the door the first night there was Christmas music playing and a beautiful tree all lit up! We had an amazing weekend and would love to return!

The Cooks Vacation

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. The house was BEAUTIFUL and the location was perfect. The walk to the beach was not terrible at all and the pool was a huge bonus with small children! The hosts made everything super easy! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Perfect for our family reunion

We had us (grandparents), our adult son (single), and our two adult daughters, each with a husband and each with an infant under 3. We and our son took the upstairs rooms (shared bathroom) and girls and families took the downstairs two bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and bright. Loved the pool after the beach. Beach is as close as they say but there is a caveat. From the cul de sac to the two lane street, there is a bit of a hill. From the street, over the dunes, to the beach, there is a bit of a hill. Only an issue if you are using a wagon, and if you overload the wagon. Otherwise, not a dealbreaker but it was a workout for this out of shape, 70 year old grandpa. Just be aware. Inside is nicely appointed, beds and pillows comfortable, ac blows cold. Keurig for coffee. Nice fridge and other appliances. Close enough to old St Aug, restaurants, etc. Hosts are very quick to respond to questions or comments. If we can herd the cats (I.e., get the schedules for everyone aligned), we would definitely come back to this place.
